衞生差，前台服務態度惡劣，環境差，什麼年代的酒店了，連電梯都沒有，房子破舊，散發著一股黴味，那些服務員像是你欠了她幾百萬一樣，第一次住這樣的酒店，給一千個差評，千萬別來受氣，太不值了。

因出差入住鄂州，網上搜尋了一下，這是鄂州唯一一家四星酒店，是在一個四面環湖的小島上，外部環境優美，前台接待小姐姐很熱情，網上訂的是高級標準間，前台小姐姐給升級到湖景大床房。晚餐是在酒店吃的，點了一個鄂州有名的清蒸武昌魚，口感不錯！

史上最垃圾酒店還好意思標四星級酒店被表象矇騙了，房間設施及其陳舊十幾年前的裝修 一進走廊一股發黴的味道 房間也散發著一股很重的黴味 放出來的水是黃色的像生銹水臭臭的 真是花錢買罪受不知道哪來的這麼多好評都**是託吧奉勸大家不要被照片矇騙了！差差差！一個房間還要240倒貼我都不會再去

酒店位置還行，有獨立的停車位，靠近一個湖。住着挺安靜的，性價比還是可以的。本來還想繼續續訂的，結果發現攜程上顯示都滿了，也不知道是接待了團還是怎麼樣。

房間裝修讓我感覺回到了90年代，空調老舊，電視也老舊。晚上空調開着，噪音很大，睡覺輕的我完全無法入睡。309房間挨着設備間，晚上也會有水聲。浴缸不太乾淨，壁紙脱落。除了陽台外風景好點，沒有別的優點了，真心不做推薦。
