Great location, close to shops and bars etc. The room wasn’t very clean, there were other peoples hairs in the sink and on the shower tiles. The water pressure was non existent so having a shower was extremely difficult and took a long time. Parking wasn’t free but I did know this prior to my booking. Check in/out was easy enough and the room was quiet.

So noisy as under renovations but haven’t alert us when we do checkin.

Our room was great bit shabby in areas but that didnt matter, plenty of towels, toiletries and tea & coffee, nice restuarant & Bar , lovely view from our room , friendly staff 😀

1. The location is excellent, you can see the English Channel from the room. The hotel is only 100 meters from the beach. 2. The booked room includes breakfast and dinner, and the breakfast is almost the same as the breakfast in other places. But dinner is still good (£20 for separate order), starter, main meal and dessert 3. The room is average. For twin beds, each bed is not big

Very retro, it feels okay. right by the sea

A quick overnight stay in February. Friendly and efficient reception. Clean, warm room. Didn't eat here so cannot comment on that but dining room looked good. Good value for money. Close to Beach and town.

Good location for walking to town or along the seaside. Clean with basic facilities. Straightforward check-in and check-out. Parking space available for a fee.

Lovely view from the window, on the whole quiet and calm atmosphere. Very easy to get to the beach and walk.

The location is excellent, with really good parking facilities. Rooms are spacious and the interior is elegant. Reception staff have been very helpful and the cleaning staff friendly and professional.

We have stayed at the Imperial a few times and always love it. The staff are lovely, the breakfast is awesome and the location is perfect. Some of the rooms could do with a spruce up, our balcony door didn’t seal very well for example, but it doesn’t detract from the overall experience. We love it and we will be back again soon !

Bit dated but reflected in price. Have stayed many times and returning in couple of weeks again. Staff so friendly and position of hotel cant be beaten.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was great - bed comfy, room warm, loads of hot water, shower fast, towels were big enough. Would have liked individual toiletries but that’s my only comment. Really enjoyed staying here.

Everything was clean but no hairdryer and the fan in the bathroom didn’t turn of for at least an hour after you turned of the light and whilst trying to sleep was quite annoying- reception staff very friendly and the Christmas decorations were brillant,
