The renovation is a bit old.However,the hotel room is clean and spacious.The dinning area is big and nice although they don't have many options for breakfast.

This hotel is actually inside the University of Oregon. After we checked in, we visited the University of Oregon and had dinner at Chengdu Famous Snacks. The food was delicious! 16 USD per person.

The room is old, the service is average, there are two hot dishes for breakfast, and parking is free. However, there are not many choices in Eugene, especially if you need to book a two-bedroom suite.

Near the university town, the transportation is convenient, it is a motel, the parking is right at the door of the room, the parking is convenient, even though it is quiet on the side of the road, the sanitation is good, the breakfast is quite satisfactory

Being in a university town, it’s very convenient to go to campus.

When I arrived at this hotel they told me they were working on the boiler and hot water would be ready in an hour. I didn’t need a shower that night but woke up in the morning a little late for work. I turned the shower to hot but it never got hot. I left the shower running the whole time I was on the phone with the front desk and it never got hot. They said they’d send maintenance but I didn’t have time to wait so took a cold shower. I was getting dressed when maintenance arrived but didn’t have time to deal with it, having a work deadline so told them I could not deal with it at that moment. I left for work and called them while on my trip to work. I explained what happened and that I felt a refund was appropriate. They told me I refused maintenance and that there was no problem with the hot water and they would not be refunding me. I won’t be going back.

Hotel room was clean and staff was nice to me. Our balcony door was broken so we couldn't go on our little patio However there were a couple other group interactions that were not so much. I think they were overwhelmed with all of us coming in for the concert. We just needed a close safe place and BW provided that.
