Not suitable for a business stay. No wifi. Poor mobile network coverage in rooms. Hotel is not maintained properly. I asked for a room change as i had network issue for my phone in the room. But the manager reverted that they do not have any vacant rooms (which was a lie. The next day during breakfast i understood that there was very few rooms occupied the same day. Very much dissatisfied with the stay.

The room is decent. The bathroom was clean except there were no laundry covers or bathroom slippers. Had some difficulty checking in because of booking issues. Except that it was an okay experience.

Horrible experience bathroom was full of
cockroaches and one of my friend came and visited me and the hotel asked money for that they are saying visitor are not allowed as per there policy then i paid 840rs additional on top of what i paid overall i will say i won't recommend anyone to stay in this kind of hotels it was a terrible experience and i am so much disappointed

Good premium stay in kottayam town. Nice food i tried beef dry fry it was awesome, pork roast was not good. Room service and stay was very good. It is bar attached hotel

An average stay for average price but with prime location. Rooms were tiny with most of the furniture showing age ( some had veneer broken at places. Corridor to the rooms were through the service area which shows all plates and dirty linen even before you enter the room. Kind of a bad experience that way. Staff were courteous and nice. Breakfast too had appam and puri baji, with tea and coffee ***** with eggs to order.
