We were kindly upgraded to a larger, newer room than we had booked. The room was fairly typical of hotels in this price range. Despite being situated in a beautifully scenic part of Yunnan, the hotel doesn’t boast great views. The hot spring was included in our room rate and was pleasant place to hang out for a couple of hours. There are a couple of local restaurants nearby for an evening meal. Breakfast was basic noodles. In summary, a good place for an overnight stay.

火焰山温泉酒店完全夠格在升兩星⭐⭐，入住體驗非常好。酒店裡有不斷沸騰的超大泉眼，公共泡池和泳池就圍繞着泉眼而建，這裏不得稱讚，也是入住這家酒店最為推薦體驗的就是架建在泉眼正上方的蒸氣房，裏面熱氣騰騰，泉水從泉眼噴出的聲音轟轟隆隆分分鐘讓人全身汗如雨下，千萬不要錯過！温泉水質也非常棒，是所泡過温泉水中最絲滑的，而且泡池周圍種有綠植，超大的泳池上方也建有遮陽穹頂，即使大中午下水也不怕被暴曬的，泡池內外的配套服務設施也非常不錯，設有水療鴨嘴噴頭、槍淋彈雨沖擊浴、水鍾沖擊浴、水幕拍打浴，豐富了泡温泉、水療帶來的養生享受。酒店客房裡也設有獨立泡池，冷熱水出水口流量都特別大，我們住在六樓都能幾分鐘放滿水，房間裏衞生間和淋浴間都是單獨分開的房間，裝潢設計時尚典雅，值得一提的是客房裡除了床鋪整潔舒適外，還擺放了超舒服的躺椅沙發和整套的電熱式茶桌、茶具，滿罐的茶葉也備好了，還提供了整打12瓶的礦泉水，非常贊👍🏻酒店就在公路邊上，內有專門的停車場，自駕非常方便，他家的早餐裏，湯圓我最愛，熱鮮奶也不錯，最後要點贊接待我們的前台美女，特別温柔，服務特別好，看我們帶着小孩入住給我們推薦並開好了二樓帶榻榻米的房間，到了房間，小朋友透過房間超大的落地窗看到遠山很美，就吵着想住更高的樓層，前台美女沒有任何不悦為我們重新開了六樓的房間，還端着兩碟小朋友特別愛吃的糖果一路電梯把我們送到了客房，贊贊贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

設施：酒店有帶泡池和不帶泡池的房間，酒店公共温泉區有一個大游泳池和小童遊樂池，其他泡池上裝有各種水上設備。是牛街温泉區域環境最好的酒店，温泉水滑溜溜的，水也是乳白色的。
衞生：衞生乾淨，温泉區有好多大樹。
環境：早晨太陽出來前面。您到温泉區感覺走進了雲裏霧裡。
服務：前台小姐姐服務很熱情。及時為你解決各種問題。酒店門口有個餐廳，生皮是我吃過最最好吃的。酸辣魚也不錯。服務也相當不錯。下次還會再來。

房間很大乾淨衞生，小姐姐們都非常熱情。温泉泡後皮膚非常絲滑，感覺整個人都舒展了，幾年前來雲南在這家泡過一次，一直念念不忘，這次故地重遊終於又泡到了，非常滿足。算起來在各個地方也泡過很多家温泉了，這家最合我意，水質太好太絲滑了，強烈推薦哦～

房間很好，乾淨整潔。温泉就更不用説了那水質是其它地方不能比的牛奶般的絲滑，還有豐富的早點，阿姨親手包的元宵，還有鮮奶都很不錯。服務也很熱情周到，不虧是老字號

房間比預想的要大，兩大兩小夠住，房間的泡池也夠大，個人覺得床墊太軟了，喜歡睡硬床的可能睡不慣。院子裏有6個公共泡池，一進來就有一股淡淡的臭雞蛋味兒，池水看着挺乾淨的，泡完皮膚滑滑的，大人孩子都很滿意，下次還想來！
