Erbil International Hotel

I stayed in the hotel for a business trip, and it was one of the worst stays in erbil. The hotel had construction works all night, and I begged them many times to stop, they kept lying about it, one of the most disrespectful hotels for its guests. Eventually the receptionist called saying he s ashamed and doesn't know what to do cause the duty manager is refusing to stop the extreme loud noise of hitting on the walls. One of the worst bizarre stays I had in erbil. Other than this, the hotel is average in terms of quality of food and facilities and very overrated for the price it offers.

First time in Erbil and chose this hotel for central location. Upon arrival at 5am we were greeted by friendly receptionist who showed us two rooms and we chose the second one being room no 720. Very spacious and clean. We just got into bed after a day travelling from UK. At 10am we woke up to drilling !!!! We complained but it didn’t stop. We had this for three of our four days. We were not happy we were not compensated. Not even an offer of a meal or bottle of wine - nothing !!! The hotel itself is spacious and clean. Food is lovely and lots to choose. Staff friendly and efficient. Coffee is tasty. Roof top bar very good though one nosy member of staff but we ignored him. All of our family from Baghdad were welcome within the hotel. Security is very good and the pool and outside restaurant looked good though we didn’t have time to use these facilities ! We would not stay again due to the issue we had. We will choose a different hotel next year

Swimming pool access. This is a great recreation area in Erbil. The first time my husband and I arrived at the swimming area, we were greeted by a welcoming and smiling staff (Her badge says 'Avin'). She was really nice and professional. She was also quite attentive not only to us, but all the guests. She gave us fresh towels, and showed us the lockers, amenities and prepared the seats for us to lounge at in-between swims. There were other staff there, when I came in for other swimming times, but I think Avin was the most professional and welcoming. Thank you for offering great access to the swimming pool. I had dinner there also, one of the evenings and had a lovely Erbil Kebab and tea. the place was wonderful and clean and great sunsets, garden.

The hotel is very nice, located in the best location, quiet area, the rooms are very good, and service is fantastic, the staff is helpful, overall the stay is fantastic in this hotel, and the cost is logic compare to the hotel quality.

I have a monthly membership and had a small issue, but the response from the team was very prompted and efficient. The atmosphere is great over the weekend, special gratitude for Aziz, he is very professional.
