Amazing beds,pools,rooms,room service and an amazing area I highly recommend for you to come here if your on holiday in erbil and this hotel also offers breakfast and has the best customer service and even has a hotel car wash and separate restaurants inside the hotel like sushi and a buffet

I visited the hotel for couple days and Karzan and James were so helpful and they helped me with all my requests, concierge team were very helpful as well as the cleaning staff. Definitely will recommend this hotel and for sure I will come back .

This is my first time to come to this hotel. It’s very nice hotel. Breakfast is delicious. Very nice pool and spa center. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Also lobby is very beautiful. It’s a very secure hotel. If you go to Iraq Divan Hotel is place to visit. The personnel are very polite and professional. I met Arshad at lobby he helped me a lot.

This is the best hotel in Erbil the staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are very very clean and the restaurant and spa is amazing!! Ahmed is the best driver to take you around. He’s friendly and has great conversations. Come to Erbil and stay here for a great time.

Amazing Amazing Amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and are there for you to help with anything if it’s required. The facilities like the bedrooms, the dinining hall, the gym and swimming pool are the best facilities! I would recommend anyone to only use this accommodation when you are in Erbil!

I have a very awesome time since I arrive here at the divan .Arshad always welcome you with a warm hart. He is always very helpful. The rooms are very nice to stay in. The food is great and the Hotel security is well managed. The Longest are awesome and the Ramadan decorations in the foyer is very beautiful. Thank you very much for a well pleasant stay at the Hotel.

The Divan is one of the dreams coming true as far as hospitality is concerned. I have been hosted by the Divan for countless times and each time I have encountered great improvement meeting all my needs. The staff have a sense of welcome and I could experience Divan warmth even before I even entered my room. Right at the front desk I met Arshad and Bashar. The welcome and smiles are always genuine. From the Season Restaurant there is Phuti and Vinitha among others. All the spacious facilities would be meaningless without million dollar smiles from all Divan members of staff
