Surprisingly nice hotel. My room was clean and well maintained. I was especially impressed by the comfort of the mattress and the softness of the sheets. Water pressure in the shower was not good, so I’m going to knock of a star for that. Also, the “down” button outside the elevators on the third floor was missing, so if you wanted to head down to the lobby, you had to hit the “up” button to summon the elevator. I could see this being a problem when the hotel is busy and many people are trying to use the elevators. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing, but adequate and definitely better than other “free” breakfasts I’ve had at hotels. There’s not much to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so I think that’s why it’s cheaper than many of the hotels in the area. However, it’s convenient to the Mile High stadium which I was the location of the event I was in Denver for.

All the staff I met were very friendly and service oriented. It makes such a difference. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was given a room on the 10th floor with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. I actually forgot a fairly expensive item in the room when I left and Janine who answered the phone and the Housekeeping Manager Inna McAllister went out of their way to find and Fedex the item to me in record speed. I have never before succeeded to retrieve an item left behind in a hotel. Best service ever! Thank you so much.

Our family loved staying here! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and the hotel staff were so helpful. Lots of amenities and they also helped us with places to visit while in town. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Denver!

Close to stores, public transit, the tech... the hotel was clean, secure, and safe (as far as cleanliness and prevention. Pool was closed, but that's ok. Lots of colorful people here, but it's right by the transit station and nobody bothered anyone. And the grounds were clean

The check in process was fast and easy. The room was nice and extremely clean that’s a plus for me. The staff very nice but especially I want to give thanks to the maintenance guy for helping me open my room door while my daughters were in the room sleeping with the latch on the door I couldn’t get them to wake up and open the door so ty maintenance for your help on this matter. Love the outdoor pool! Will defenitely be booking here again soon!!

Nice place to stay m! They gave me cookies for renting a room that right there is enough for me

Signboard is not well lighted. Breakfast should have more choice.
