MUY POCO EMPATICOS!!! Des del primer momento no nos han dado ningun tipo de facilidad!! Para nada es un hotel familiar y solo van a por el negocio! CUIDADO!!! NO reserveis directamente con ellos son peseteros y no te devuelven el dinero si cancelas! QUE NO OS ENGAÑEN con la idea de que estan cerca del Skydive si por mala suerte o inclemències del tiempo os anulan el vuelo, el hotel no empatiza para nada contigo y no quiere anular la reserva! Solo modificar fecha y no las veces que necessites, por supuesto!! Maria la DIRECTORA muy poco simpatica, se hizo pasar por una trabajadora cualquiera para decirnos que NO queria anular la reserva. Muy poco profesional por su parte. Y por si esto fuera poco (que no lo es) el hotel para nada merece la pena, las habitaciones son muy viejas y todo el deja mucho que desear!

We have been hosted a weekend with two little girls, they gave us a apartment one room and in the dining room two sofas. When they went to complain, they told us that there was nothing more, we are talking about a nine-stage building early in May (not high season), we asked them for sawns and coats and it seems that it was not your pleasure for that request. The apartment is located on the back of the hotel, where several music bars are located ...Try to sleep ... is to have luck with the young people's fights and music without limit. I won't come back or recommend it

We spent 10 days in this residence we took a apartment for 5 people very clean at our arrival but I've still spent a little swing in the bathroom and toilet, The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
