This chedi is really not recommended!
The air conditioner in the room jumps out sometimes.
The bathroom design is extremely leaky and poorly planned. The shower room is extremely small and the water pressure is very low. Taking a bath is very uncomfortable.
The housekeeping is also a mess. New dental kits and cotton swabs are not placed in the room. The twin room is obviously for two people. There is only one pair of slippers and I don't know what it means.
The public area of the hotel is also very small. You can visit it in ten minutes. The service is not up to par. A hotel that costs almost 3,000 a night is really not worth it.

Beautiful waterfront location in El Gouna, which is very private and nicely refurbished. Rooms are spacious and modern and the whole hotel feels very chic. It’s smaller than many other Gouna hotels and as a result it’s quieter and a lovely place for a relaxing stay. Excellent pools, beach and gym facilities. The service was somewhat chaotic when we stayed and the food wasn’t great, particularly in the regular restaurant that’s included in full / half board. Hopefully with being open a little longer for business this will improve. Although good for a romantic trip away, it was also very accommodating to our young son.

I recently stayed at The Chedi in El Gouna, Egypt, and was left underwhelmed by the experience, especially considering the high cost. The hotel itself boasts a stunning facade and promising amenities, but the value simply did not meet expectations. The biggest letdowns were the dining options; the food was uninspiring and did not reflect the premium price point. Each meal felt like a missed opportunity to showcase quality and creativity. For a hotel that charges top dollar, one expects every aspect, including dining, to dazzle, but sadly, this was not the case at The Chedi.

The Chedi is a wonderful experience. Hammam makes unique cocktail (@ the beach bar). All the staff is shiny, smiling and willing to help. Don’t try to move your sunbed without their help or they will be upset with you :D We had a great time here. Beach from room is a must! Food is very very very good (and every evening there’s a chef’s different specialty)
