Hotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

Very well located hotel with a solid offering. Good breakfast buffet. Good sized rooms. Good amenities even though it needs a face wash. Pillows are too solid and big for me and they could not provide a real alternative. Very nice staff. I’m adding some extra characters at the end to reach 200.

Comfortable, well located hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast. Free secure parking, small gym and spa which is nice but only open 4 hours each day (the single drawback to this hotel). A good choice for travelers in El Calafate, recommended.

Very nice hotel. Room was very big and well equipped. The hotel is in the city center, very convenient to walk around in el Calafate. Restaurant is very good and open till late. Breakfast is super good and available from 6 to 10! There is a cosy bar, and a big and nice area to sit. Board games, table tennis, billiard and table football. Sport area and sauna. Nice garden and free Peking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Really best value for money.

The room was nicely furnished and bathroom good. It ŵas a lovely breakfast. Overall, very good but my room was facing the street and the coaches would be quite noisy collecting people, so it might be better to ask for a room facing inwards. The sauna was nice after a day's hiking.

Convenient located, nice hotel. Close to restaurants about two blocks off the main road - so quiet and no traffic. Continental breakfast and bar service was very nice. Ambiance of the hotel lounge was also very unique. Excellent hotel service- they arranged our transports and had great recommendations and would call for reservations. excellent experience! Thank you again.

Pleasant hotel with good sized bedrooms Bathroom a bit basic but clean Reasonable choice at breakfast and staff friendly Location close to centre with wide range of restaurants and bars Nice garden to sit at back of hotel and games room with table tennis/ pool / table football
