This hotel is wonderful! Just at the Royal mile and everyone is pretty much by walking distance! This is going to be our 1st choice hotel from now on! Thank you!

Overall very good and would stay again. Slight mix up with breakfast but mostly very enjoyable

This was our second stay at the Radisson Blu Royal Mile hotel, and it was equally as good as the first. All the staff we dealt with were excellent. We made use of the car park, pool, room service and breakfast. All were brilliant. The Christmas gifts for our wee one on arrival was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. Thanks again, hopefully see you again soon.

The location is very good. Amenities, room and food like snacks and breakfast buffets are nice. There was a hotel carpark, which was convenient to those driving to Edinburgh. Will book this hotel again if visit Edinburgh further.

The hotel is not far from various attractions. The room is very quiet and the environment is very good.

There were flies, so I told the staff and came over to ask, but nothing happened. During the cleaning, the garbage bags were changed and the coffee bar was not replenished. I told the front desk and they brought a big bag of coffee and tea (I think the Chinese want to get this for free, right?) The toilet smelled like sewer, I didn’t know it was so How can the facilities and services of an expensive hotel be so poor? I wrote a complaint feedback on the official website but there was no feedback. So much so that I subconsciously refused to make a reservation when I saw Radisson Blu. But the location is very good, with the old city just downstairs.

When I checked in at night, a waiter at the counter had a very bad attitude. I booked a family room. When I checked in, he told me to make up the money, because there were only two adult names when I registered, and I didn’t fill in the information of two children. So I have to make up the money first so that the children can stay. I explained to him that he didn’t bother to pay the money. I said that my book is a family room. If there are only two people staying, I would like to explain that I need to book this kind of room. ? I told him that because only two people can fill in the form, the third and fourth places cannot be added, but he insisted on asking me to make up the money all the way and refused to listen to me. His attitude was very bad. In the end, another employee helped me again. Check it out before letting me into the room.

This store is very unfriendly to Chinese. One is when I checked in, I said I wanted to pay at the hotel, but the white girl who received me said no, I could only pay online, so I bought a room with online payment on Ctrip, and from the next day, the hotel kept sending me letters , Asked me to pledge my credit card, I ignored it, when I checked out, I was asked to swipe my card again, I said that I had already paid online, and the front desk still had to swipe my credit card. No other consumption. Later, when I said I didn't have a card, she checked the records again and found that I had indeed paid, so she let me go. The second is that I bought a room on Ctrip, and when I checked in, I told the white girl that I wanted a quiet room and didn’t want a room facing the street. Who knew that the white girl would give me a room facing the street, which was on the first floor. Go to the elevator room. As a result, I haven't opened the curtains for three days. Because once the curtains are opened, it is the main road. Very noisy day and night. The third is that the room I live in starts at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, and there is a stench like feces and urine. But it often wakes me up in the middle of the night. The only advantage is the convenience of travel. The same thing happened in Edinburgh. If you stay for one more day, you will feel lonely. It is only a small fourth-tier county, and the discrimination against people here is quite serious. And I found that the room I bought on Ctrip and used in Europe will always give me the dirtiest and worst room.

The location is very good, in the city center, quiet in the bustle, all attractions can be reached on foot, clean and hygienic, and the room is not too small.
