Good, solid hotel. A bit older, but still looks nice. Room was big and comfy, didn't find any issues. Shower head was pretty good. Parking a bit expensive for being in outskirts. Garage was small, bring sedan or compact car. Plenty of spaces, even tho they were on the smaller size

Staff gave great customer service.
The room was moderately clean, but the bed was very uncomfortable, hard as a rock! For that reason I will not use your hotel again.

This is my fave hotel to stay in Atlanta when I visit.
I didnt however like the fact that when I checked into my room the key didnt initially work, so i head back down to the lobby and the hotel manager is asking me for my ID when she had just asked me initially to step to the other desk to be helped by one of her staff. I didnt appreciate being treated as a stranger. Also, why couldnt they send someone to give me a new key rather than the inconvenience of me having to go back down 9 floors.

From start to finish, the stay was wonderful. The team at this location is super friendly and really go over and beyond. We will definitely be staying here again.
