The staff are very welcoming and the hotel has a great view. I went there too late yesterday and saw it only this morning when I woke up. The food tastes good and the room is clean and tidy. The floor heating is on and it doesn't get cold. The Hobbit House really makes people feel like they are in a fairy tale world with little rabbits. If you want to have dinner at the hotel, you must make a reservation in advance. Yesterday we thought that Little Qingcheng Mountain was easy to handle and overestimated ourselves. Fortunately, the chef was not off work yet when we returned to the hotel. Standing on the terrace and overlooking the beautiful scenery, especially when the sun comes out in the morning and the fog dissipates, it casts a golden light on the surrounding mountains.

The design of the scholarly family room really hit my heart. The room is located on the top floor of the whole homestay. After taking the elevator up, open the door and walk into a winding corridor. There is light-transmitting glass above the corridor. You can see the bamboo forest of Qingcheng Mountain and birds. After entering the room, the vision suddenly bright, the room except the direction of the wardrobe, is half-floor window setting, from the glass window to look like a different landscape painting, as if people are in the middle of the painting, the mood is very good. However, it was a bit cold when I went this time. The small outdoor terrace and open-air bathing facilities were useless. When it was warmer next time, I must go outside to enjoy the opportunity to have close contact with nature. The store was particularly attentive and prepared a delicious local chicken soup dinner and a beautiful breakfast. After going there, I relaxed my whole body and didn't have to think about anything, just blend in with nature. The time to go this time was short. I went for a day and didn’t enter Qingcheng Mountain to visit. However, I got up in the morning and ran along the mountain trail at the door of Shuxiang. I found that Shuxiang was very close to the mountain gate of Qingcheng Mountain. I ran for a few minutes to the Taoist view of the mountain gate. Aerobic exercise and high concentration of negative oxygen ions, It also makes sports more interesting. I hope I can bring a family here for a holiday next time, stay for a few more days, lie down and relax!

Found a treasure hotel in Qingcheng Mountain, the boss and staff are super good, help with luggage, free upgrade room, prepare food after breakfast time, and send gifts before leaving, the service is great! Good location, walking distance from Qingcheng Mountain Qianshan, there are ”snacks and restaurants” nearby, it is very convenient to travel and eat. The hotel is a group of villas with gardens, equipped with children's entertainment pool and hot springs, beautiful environment, birds and flowers, like garden villas and convenient travel is highly recommended!

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. In the rare high temperature of Chengdu Plain, I suddenly felt the need to go to Qingcheng Mountain to hide for a while, so I came to her house... In line with the principle that you should stay in the oldest or the newest hotel... So I went to her house... (Video) The room we arrived at after dinner was really nice... Auntie was still draining water... I took a bath and drank some wine in the evening... The key is that I didn’t take any sleeping pills as I wished, and I slept until eight o’clock the next day... Went to the restaurant for a hearty breakfast... The key is that the front desk clerk Xiao Chen was great... Thank you for the hotel’s private soup and thank you for Xiao Chen’s service👌👍

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

One of the best trips I have had and I have already started thinking about when to go next I had booked another hotel but by mistake, it was for the next weekend when I booked this hotel I just thought just book whatever is available But surprisingly it was a great place and at a much lower price. The hotel is near the Mountain sightseeing area, you can just walk 5-8 min and get the cat to the ticket counter. so the location is v good The hotel is v clean and the service is good they also gave me every day some fruits which is v nice of them girls at counters are pleasing though they cant speak English they were still eager to help Breakfast is good had the best Espresso coffee I am going to stay here again may be I will go in two weeks again

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

The room is relatively quiet and the environment in the hotel is very good. The hotel provided a one-hour costume for the Hanfu Experience Hall. If you want to make up and comb your hair, you need to pay extra, but the makeup is done very carefully. Overall, I am satisfied. I asked their photographer to take some photos of the hotel park, which are quite good.

Convenient parking, breakfast provided Facilities: Chinese style, decoration and bedding are all new Sanitation: clean and tidy Service: The front desk lady is very nice, recommended the Qingcheng Mountain parking plan to me, and found that our belongings were left in the room during the room check.
