We had a wonderful time staying at Mount Qingcheng Grand Hotel as a family. The service was outstanding and the staff were really lovely especially with our 6 and 1 year old kids. Our apartment was nicely decorated and really comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight each day, very good selection and quality. They had a lot of activities planned for the kids and our kids enjoed their time there. The Location is also perfect to to trips to the nearby Panda research base and Mount Qingcheng We definetly going to come again.

We were very satisfied. When we checked in, because we had a little kid with us, the guys at the front desk helped us upgrade to a larger room, and even gave us an electricity card, which was super considerate! The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station and Qingcheng Mountain attractions. It is only ten minutes away. The hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service. When we took a taxi to the hotel, the landlady even took the initiative to reimburse the taxi fare. The hotel owners are a young couple who are enthusiastic and kind. They receive guests personally (maybe the employees are on vacation during the New Year). There is a seating area and children's entertainment equipment in the front hall of the hotel, making it feel like home. There were also foreigners checking in, and the boss communicated with them in fluent English. We immediately felt like they were in line with international standards. Our guest room was on the second floor. The room was very stylish (see the picture), clean and tidy, with complete supplies and a large window with a wide view. , the bed can be heated, the bathroom is separated, it is quite bright, 24-hour hot water, and a laundry room. I washed and dried my cotton clothes in the middle of the night [laughing] There is a free breakfast, the ingredients are excellent, the combination is reasonable, and you are full. Because my original itinerary was to go to Dujiangyan, I was thinking about whether to go back to the city or choose Yinmachuan after leaving Dujiangyan at night. Fortunately, I chose Yinmachuan. It takes 35 minutes to drive from Dujiangyan. It is the off-season at the end of March and there are very few guests in the hotel. Xiao Xie at the front desk specially upgraded our room to a small courtyard. The temperature is ten or twenty degrees. It is so comfortable to soak in the hot spring in the courtyard. . The room is very clean. I have very high requirements for hotel hygiene. This stay can fully meet my needs. The bed is super big and has enough space to sleep with a baby. The entire hotel really gives people a sense of tranquility in the mountains and forests, and the entire design has a very Japanese feel. The winding paths lead to secluded places, with birds chirping and flowers fragrant. When used here in Yinmachuan, it is no exaggeration at all. The hotel has free kimono and Hanfu, but I didn’t wear them. I took my baby to see the sika deer, and my wife wore a kimono and took pictures. It was originally a one-night trip, but because of this unexpected surprise, I did not hesitate to stay an extra day. In addition to the hotel's hardware, what surprised us was the hotel's service. Service is the most important criterion that determines the quality of a hotel. Thanks to Xiao Xie at the front desk.
