I brought my children here to play and thought that choosing this hotel was very reliable in all aspects, but it gave me an unforgettable accommodation experience. First of all, I was surprised when I entered the room that all the trash cans were not equipped with trash bags. If there was oil in the takeaway food, it would be really dirty to put it directly in the trash can. I asked the cleaning lady, and she said that the hotel was saving costs? ? It doesn’t cost much to save costs. Trash bags don’t cost much! Second, when I went to bed at night, I always thought that the air conditioner I turned on was not cooling because of equipment problems. I saw that the telephone line in the room was also unplugged in the middle of the night, and it was not easy to find the front desk. In this way, the child was tossed all night, and adults and children couldn’t sleep well. The quilt was not covered when sleeping! I went to check out in the morning and asked why the air conditioner was not cooling, but I was told that the hotel had turned off the air conditioner uniformly. If you need to turn on the air conditioner, you have to call the front desk to install the cooling plate? I don’t understand. It is my freedom to turn on the air conditioner and heating when I stay in the hotel. Do I have to report to the hotel? The key is that no one told me that there was no air conditioning when I checked in. The weather was about 30 degrees, and the baby couldn’t stand the heat at night! I wanted to ask the hotel manager for a reasonable explanation but the front desk staff repeatedly told me to just tell them what I wanted and refused to tell the hotel manager. I had no choice but to give a bad review. This was the most frustrating stay experience ever! ! !

Overall, it's good. Although the price is increased during the festival, you can make do with the free tickets. The stay is quite comfortable. The key is clean and comfortable. The service staff are very good and responsive. There are not enough slippers in the room. They were delivered quickly after calling. It is very close to 3 theme parks, and it is very convenient to eat and play. A small suggestion is that since mosquito repellent is placed in the room, you can check it every day when checking the room. It is empty and the liquid is gone. Although there are no mosquitoes in the past few days, since it is configured, it must be guaranteed to be available at any time. The second is the parking lot in the picture. During the day, there was no parking space in the underground parking lot. I saw 3 cars parked there at the exit, so I said I would park there and move when there is a space later. As a result, a very small man in a gray suit in the booth came over and said that the parking lot could not be parked, saying that the two cars next to it were temporarily parked and would leave soon. Okay, I cooperated to move the car (although it was very inconvenient for the whole family). Then when I came out to eat in the evening, I saw that this position was full of cars. Speechless, do you do things according to people?

The location of the hotel is OK, the price is not cheap, the overall environment is OK, but the breakfast is so crowded that I have never seen so many people, I have to queue up and I can't keep up with the food. The breakfast is so expensive, how can they charge so much? It's not like the food is so good that I can't even eat it.

My son likes skiing, and staying at Jinyue is the most convenient. We arranged a lake view room, which is beautiful and quiet, and the breakfast is rich. The only small flaw is that we checked in before May Day. Maybe it was because the outdoor temperature was not high and there were few customers, the hotel did not turn on the air conditioner, only the fresh air system, and it was still a bit stuffy when sleeping at night. The hotel is very close to Panda Valley, Dujiangyan, and Qingcheng Mountain Scenic Areas, which is very convenient. This is our third stay.

The hotel contacted in advance to upgrade the room to a five-star hotel next door. The room was a quieter lake view room. The service was very good, the restaurant tasted good, and I was quite satisfied with the meals I ordered on the first two days. On the last day, maybe because there were a little more guests, the quality of the dishes dropped significantly. I reported the problems with the dishes to the service staff. One dish was cold and hot, and it felt like it was not freshly made. In the end, there was no result and no feedback. This was a flaw in this stay.

The hotel is located opposite Sunac Snow World. The room has a great view and is facing the lake. Taking pictures on the balcony is very beautiful. The best thing is that the bathroom and cloakroom are really spacious and equipped with a kitchen. There are TVs in the living room and bedroom. The price/performance ratio is still good. Very good

I stay at this hotel every year for the Double Heritage Marathon, which is convenient. The only drawback is that all the charging piles in the underground garage are occupied by gas trucks, leaving no one behind. For fast charging on the ground, there are 4 parking spaces and 2 gas station spaces. This is too unfriendly. Please follow up on management.
