The junior staff were amazing, senior staff were up themselves, location was great hotel was clean. The dining area was too small and for a 4 star hotel I would've expected my breakfast served, not help yourself style you would find at a travel lodge. In short over priced rooms no lesuire facilities and for 4 mojitos cost €50 I've had better value for money elsewhere. First and last time I will stay here!!!

The sanitation is very good, the room layout is reasonable and neat, far from the city, but the downstairs is the starting point of the tram, it is very convenient to go to the airport, the 747 and 757 are separated by a small block on the south side of the hotel. 7 euros direct to the airport. It seems that green apples are available every day in the corridor. The restaurant bar is good and there is an open-air balcony outside.

I recently stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located near the town center, making it easy to explore the area. Just a short 15-minute bus or train ride away, I found myself in the vibrant Temple Bar district, which is known for its lively atmosphere and cultural attractions.
The hotel itself is brand new and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable room size that provided a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the shopping center situated right outside the hotel. It features an Irish supermarket, which was incredibly handy for picking up snacks and essentials during my trip.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was very positive. The combination of its prime location, modern amenities, and affordability makes it a great choice for travelers. I was impressed by the value I received for the price, and I plan to stay at this hotel again on my next visit. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend considering this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Hotel is a 20-minute walk from Temple Bar. There are more centrally located hotels but it's fine to do. We chose this story especially because of the parking garage around the corner. This has a special hotel rate of €20 for the first 24 hours.
Breakfast was good, good choice and sitting in room, beds were tight for two people, but we might have known that in advance.

Because of the business in Ireland, I traveled to Shanghai and Dublin many times. This time I stayed with my husband for a week and made a visit to Dublin. Through the recommendation of local friends and his own strategy, this time I chose the Mount Herbert Hotel. This hotel was chosen because the hotel has a certain history but is newly renovated. The hotel is located in the upscale area of the city, safe and quiet. It can take a few minutes walk to the seaside along the famous Sandymon Promenade, or walk for a few minutes. The DART station takes you directly to the city centre by DART. (DART is Dublin's subway name and can reach many places.) The hotel is very good value for money. The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. It was very relaxing. The breakfast is very rich, the parking is very convenient, the hotel staff is very warm, with a smile, ask where to eat, play very enthusiastic guidance. Ireland in April is only dark until 9:00, let us have the opportunity to walk around after dinner. The front of the hotel is very wide, with a statue of a rugby player. The famous Aviva Stadium, originally known as the Irish national football ”rugby”, is next to it. I heard that this hotel is also one of the hotels where the players stayed, and there is no shortage of celebrities. . Behind the hotel is a beautiful garden, Ireland's April is full of light green, and the summer garden must be very beautiful. I’m talking to my husband and I hope that I will choose this hotel again in the summer.

It's worth recommending. The room is very new. The breakfast is delicious. The service staff are very good. It's just that the UnionPay card in the hotel cannot be used by the machine. It's next to the river. There is a supermarket and a restaurant next door. The slippers are also very good and very soft

It’s a good hostel. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good sense of security. They also run a lot of events like pub crawls, quiz nights and walking tours which are great for getting to know the city and meeting fellow travelers.
I stayed in a four pod room which had a locker for each and its own bathroom. It was clean and quite large and because of the small group, there was never a queue to use the facilities.
The restaurant/ pub attached is good and reasonably priced. I had a really satisfying cup of coffee.
It is quite well located, but not ideal. It’s down an alley which is totally fine, but feels dodgy. It is also just further out of the fun parts of the city than I would like.
Gardiner House is set in historic Georgian Dublin, just north of the city centre, in a stunning 200-year-old converted Victorian chapel. Discover a historic city centre location, lively social nights and plenty of cool areas to relax and explore. Plenty restaurants around (including some partners where you can enjoy some meal deals) and located just 15 min walking from City Centre. There's also a 24h bus just around the corner going to the Airport.
Individual lockers are available (bring a small padlock, or buy one at reception). Earplugs, towels, toiletries, and adaptors are also sold at reception. Laundry facilities are available for an extra fee. Enjoy the backyard with seating, a ping-pong table, BBQ facility, bike racks, and pre-booked car parking. Common areas include a dining room and lounge, where you can meet travellers, play snooker, foosball, and board games, or relax with music and drinks. Free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Fresh bed linen, power outlets, and reading lights for each bed. Hairdryers, irons, and board games can be borrowed at reception. Spacious rooms are cleaned daily, with multiple bathrooms on each floor.
Guests will receive a key-card to access the building (show to the receptionist at entrance) and must to return it upon check-out. Guests must present a valid Passport (Non-EU citizens) or ID/Driver's Licence (EU citizens) upon check-in. Guests between 8 and 17 years old are allowed only when accompanied by an adult parent/guardian and, by Irish Law, can't stay in shared dorms. Minors than 8 years old are not accept at all. Enjoy 24h reception, no curfew, free breakfast, a cosy TV room, a fully equipped shared kitchen and a 24h coffee station. Shower towel, toiletries, padlock, adaptor not included (available for purchase).

The location of the lodging was great. The common toilets, kitchen and the bathrooms were clean. In addition to the kitchen and dining room, there was another common room with tables and a pool board. This was open even after the kitchen timings, I liked it a lot. The TV room or common hall was also great.

GGuest UserI think this will be a nice stay once their remodel is done, but wait until then.
When booked initially, the reservation was for the Hard Rock Hotel. About a week and a half before I arrived, NYX acquired the building. We received no notification about this from either business. The hotel was slightly outdated and undergoing the beginnings of redecoration. The staff seemed to either be hired by NYX and unfamiliar with the hotel or previous employees who were unfamiliar with the new management’s policies. For example, the manual chain lock on my door had been disabled in both of our rooms and the staff at the desk didn’t seem to understand how it had happened. They did move me to a room with a working manual lock immediately, but didn’t seem to understand why I felt the need for one as a single woman in the room and assured me that the staff would respect my privacy. The person in the other room in our booking also had his disabled but didn’t want to bother moving. The next day, housekeeping barged into his room without waiting for an answer to her knock. The person inside was just finishing dressing.
Other than that, it’s just little things that haven’t yet been worked out in the management change. For example their card scanners in the rooms and elevators seem to be new and still finicky, and the person at reception hadn’t read the laundry policy on the NYX laundry slips in the rooms. The slips specified it would be back by 6pm if picked up by 8am, but she said it might be the next day. She also had me bring the laundry down to the reception desk when the slip said it would be picked up. The staff was actually really great and when I pointed it out I did get same day laundry; it seemed like a new management miscommunication.
Overall, I’d recommend staying here after they’ve had a chance to settle and remodel. They were already starting to take down the Hard Rock decorations and I suspect they will also redo the older and brightly colored carpets and walls. Since we didn’t receive any notifications about the new management and redecorating, I’m not sure there will be one about that either.
GGuest UserThe location is great, staff was helpful. The room was spotless, would like to have slippers in the room. The hair dryer was broken. But overall stay was pleasant, the bed was comfortable, additional pillows in the wardrobe was great, because I have spinal condition. Definitely would stay there on another visit to Dublin.
TtheandantelifeStayed one night before flying out of Dublin. Our first time at a Crowne Plaza and we were impressed. The location is somewhat far (in my opinion) for an airport hotel - the shuttle took about 15 mins to make the trip. However, the surroundings are very beautiful - hotel is across from a historic park. And the hotel lobby has maps, water and towels for people who want to jog around the park!
Rooms are large and rather old-school plush, nothing to complain about! Best feature must be the reusable glass bottles for water in the rooms, 2 are provided for you to fill with either still or *gasp* SPARKLING water from the dispenser on each floor!
The gym was fairly large and very well-equipped for a hotel gym, i.e. lots of free weights and cable machines!
Restaurant breakfast was amazing! Huge spread, and Angelina (I hope I remembered correctly!) at the hostess stand was so obliging and helpful when we turned up before the restaurant opened at 6am because we had to scarf down our food and leave by 7. She brought us a pot of coffee right away and held our luggage behind her desk. Thank you so much!!
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. The location was central to everything we wanted to see in Dublin- Trinity College and the Book of Kells, St Stevens Green, shops and restaurants in the Temple Bar area. The Guinness Brewery is a short cab ride too.
We got a cab from the airport to the hotel where they held our room, since we arrived at 5:00AM. That allowed us to sleep for 6 hours before exploring.
There’s a place at the front door to pull over to drop off bags. Parking garage is on the opposite side just a few hundred feet away. We did not eat at the restaurant or use an other amenities. It was a short walk to Sixth where we picked up our rental car for the rest of our trip.
GGuest UserWe arrived around 5.30pm and stayed only one night. The welcome drink was a nice touch but however in the morning there was lots of banging next door to our room. My husband was up all night with a cold so we hadn’t slept much. When we walked out of our room at 9.30 am to have breakfast the cleaners were sitting in armchairs with their vacuums and cleaning g products. It felt like they were waiting for us to go. When we returned to our room to pack up ( check out is 12) there was a knock at our door at 11.30 by cleaners. It felt like a lot of pressure for us to get out and no privacy as they were siting outside.
The staff at breakfast hovered and were on top of us and asked us to order straight away before we even read the menu. The wait for the food was long and my eggs were cold when they came out.
There is no lift to our floor so passing the cleaners sitting in armchairs we also passed cleaners sitting on the stairs. The whole experience felt unwelcoming and not private.
The hotel it self is well located and beautiful interiors but wouldn’t stay there again. We have stayed at a lot of boutique and 5 star hotels all over the world and this was just average.
GGuest UserLovely hotel with bar and restaurant attached. Shop right next door. Little bit out of Dublin but easy to get to via bus or reception are very friendly and will order a taxi for you. Recommend staying .
GGuest UserLast time I stayed here ( about 6 years ago?) room was dirty so have not been back again until three weeks ago. Location is superb right at the edge of Temple bar along the River Liffey -downside its a party area so like most Hotels in this area dont plan to sleep until late as lots of noise from bars etc. Room was lovely with lots of nice touches -only big issues I had was in 12c Dublin coming from 32c Jakarta and central heating did not work-you have to call reception to get it switched on then it cuts off every hour and does not work again until you call reception-totally unacceptable for a 5 star Hotel . Ended calling them five times so not much sleep!! It was a Tuesday night so looked like one of the bars in the Hotel was shut-but lots outside anyhow. Did not have breakfast as last time I did was served-took ages and was cold-judging by recent reviews on tripadvisor looks like this still. Reception on check in and out would not win any prizes for their hospitality and were just ok-could learn from The Morrison across the river where I stayed a few nights earlier -genuine hospitality. Would I stay there again -NO -leave it to Bono and the locals -heat is a basic requirement as is hospitality-better Hotels for the same or less money to be had in Dublin City.
FFelipeVery comfortable hotel, 15 minutes walk from the center, large and very comfortable rooms, Irish buffet breakfast and very quiet. At first I had my doubts because of the proximity of the train but without problems, you can't hear it. Total satisfaction and from the Dublin Georges Quay Ulster Bank bus stop, it takes about 10 minutes to walk.
NNo_return_dateThis place is a zoo. Lots of noise and the bar downstairs reminded me of a college bar. My primary problem with this place is it is like a maze and if you stay in a dorm your gender’s bathroom may be on another floor which is a pain if you have to go in the middle of the night. The bathrooms were not extremely clean but the bathroom at basement level for the bar/restaurant had standing water on the floor. This place is inexpensive which makes it all tolerable but I’m glad I only stayed here one night.
GGuest UserMy stay at the easyHotel in Dublin was great. The rooms were nice and very clean. The bedroom and bathroom were both modern. The hotel was in a good location to lots of tourist attractions, especially the Guinness storehouse. The room was quite small but fit everything we needed so this wasn’t a problem at all. I would recommend this hotel looking for a convenient and clean place to say.
