The location is super convenient. Near the train station and full of restaurant and grocery shop in surrounding. Like the location so much. Hotel is clean and comfort.

Good experience, practical location (metro, mall, supermarkets, etc), friendly service, clean, and correct amenities. Swimming pool well maintained and gym is accessible 24 hours as well.

The hotel is nice, and the location is good, as its near two metros: Al Riqqa and Union. It is near shopping centres and many food joints. I loved the fact that their are 2 night food markets, so the place remains lively and fun all night long. I can't say much about the food, however, as we stayed on bed-only accommodations. Thanks! I will definitely visit again, God willing.

Service is very terrible. Two males in the reception are very rude and a professional liar! Was being honest that my sister and her companion will be the one to stay they will arrive from airport around 1am. Since its very late ill just check in first so that when they arrive it will just be quick for them to rest. I did not even stay in the room as my home is just a minute away. I did not bring my ID cos i will not be staying in the room i just send a soft copy. He said he will endorse it whoever is in the reception in that time. He even ask that if they have there original passports. And I said yes because they just came from the airport. When my sister was about to check in, the guy said he was not aware of what I am saying. He did not advise as us whats the right thing to do. They did not even apologize and was just poker face. Did not entertain my complaint or was acting they did not hear what im saying. Was frustrated as I am with my 7months baby. They will do everything for them to have more sales. Very greedy! Wondered why they are not fully booked even its peak season. Now I know why! 🤑🤮 our 700aed was a total waste! No value for money.

The place is clean, the check in was so easy and the staff are so accommodating. Hope to visit again
