The room was not clean. Not even providing the things to make tea. The receptionist was very rude. Overall, not a good service. Not recommended.

The worst hotel that I have been in my stay in Dubai. Very dirty, lots of small roaches, bedding not clean, pillows smells so bad. The staff are not a listener to complaints or request. They are all rude except to the 1 hotel porter. Definitely I will not recommend to my friends who are travellers.

One night I heard people walking up and down the corridor, knocking on the door from time to time, and the sound of the **** next door was very clear). The hotel has no services at all, and the reservation cannot be canceled at all, no matter what the reason (not even if Ctrip intervenes). When I left the hotel early, I was asked to deposit my luggage, and the front desk asked me to deposit the baggage fee for 7 dirhams. In addition, Ctrip’s website did not indicate that you would have to pay 20 dirhams when you arrived at the store, but when you checked in, you were asked to pay 20 dirhams in cash. The surrounding environment is a gathering place for Lebanese, Pakistanis, Indians and others. At that time, due to a temporary change in my itinerary, I rushed to book a hotel. I saw that Ctrip gave a 5.0 rating. The hotel will open in 2022. The pictures online are also good. The price is about RMB 500 or 600, which is the same as the price of the hotel I stayed in before. It was the same, so we booked two nights. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was completely disappointed. It was completely different from the previous hotel. Check-in at the store is around 8:00 pm in Dubai. Upon entering, the lobby is small and the lights are dim. The young lady at the front desk is Indian and has a strong accent. There were several Indian men sitting on the sofa in the lobby seating area. As soon as I entered the door, they all stared at me. I felt panicked at that time. While waiting to check in, I saw several Indians coming to the front desk to check in. At that time, I thought to myself that no Chinese had ever stayed in this area. The person who helped me carry my luggage was a Lebanese. When I went upstairs, I asked him if there were no Chinese staying. He smiled mysteriously and said that there were many people, including Indians, Pakistanis, Iranians, etc. I felt faintly scared in my heart. After I entered the room and saw such a dirty and messy environment, I really didn't want to stay for a moment. But it was already late and the surroundings were dark. It was even more embarrassing to think about a girl dragging her luggage outside. It was safe, so I had to make do with it for one night. But I didn't sleep well all night. Due to noise problems, hygiene problems, environmental problems, etc., I didn't dare to sleep a wink all night. At five o'clock in the morning, the sound of morning recitation came from the mosque not far away. Not a good night's rest. Hey, a very bad check-in experience! It is recommended that Chinese people, especially single women, must not book this hotel. What a terrible check-in experience! I don’t know if it’s safe yet, as there are dark alleyways all around. The hotel's parking lot is wider.
