I stayed here for a business trip and Harrah's was not quite up to par. The rooms had some really banged up furniture. There is no microwave to heat up food and the minifridge froze all my medication and food.
The cigarette smell worked its way up to the 8th floor. The room itself was clean but the shared spaces werent.
I wont be staying here again. I didnt expect much, but i was thoroughly disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay at Harrahs. Checking in was a little bit longer as they were training new employees.

Room was very clean and I like that we could easily walk to gondola for skiing. Parking area could use some extra lighting at night though

Over priced for what you get. Ridiculous fees: parking, fitness center, internet and telephone. Didn't use fitness center, hotel wifi or hotel phone but doesn't matter you will be charged. Hotel is outdated. Have to walk past smelly smokey ****** to get to elevators. I don't recommended it unless you enjoy smoking and ******** and even if you do you could still stay somewhere else for less money.

Limited hot water, front desk never answered phones, they say they do not clean rooms during stay but did come in to take out trash and make beds once out of four days.

The hotel is centrally located which makes it convenient. My experience with the Friday Station Restaurant was excellent. The Chilean SeaBass was delicious. The server’s name was Matt and he added a personable flair along with an intimate knowledge of the menu which enhanced our experience.

The room was the best part. The valet guys were good, but damaged my key fob. The Bell service wouldn't let me use a luggage cart. Overall, I guess the place was good, but the damaged key fob and weird bell hop interaction took a lot of the joy out of this trip.
