設施：酒店設施完善，熱水一開就有，水量大，洗澡舒服，有自己的停車場，在酒店對面的中越友誼公園裡麪。如果把蹲坑改成坐便器就更好了；
衞生：客房乾淨整潔，會根據客人的要求及時清掃；
環境：周邊餐飲眾多，方便，酒店就在東興國門景區裏面，到哪裡都很近；

1.房間隔音很差，從晚到早都吵來吵去；
2.廁所半夜異響，持續了很久，是從廁所天花板傳來的；
3.半夜就停電了，本來以為是全部都停電了，早上問了朋友，結果朋友那邊的沒有停，然後打電話給酒店，到退房也沒有處理；
4.當問有沒有解決方案的時候，哪怕説句不好意思，也都沒事了，老闆信誓旦旦的説就是跳閘了，合上就好。（閘又不在房間，也給你酒店打電話了，你倒是合上呀，給了這麼久的時間不去處理，這不是扯淡呢？）

服務態度特別差，隔音幾乎沒有，半夜沒電了，找前台沒人理，退房時候和他們説，前台就説了個跳閘了，其他都有電，都沒跳閘，就一個房間跳閘嗎？我平時基本不評論的，這個是真的差，差到沒發説了，此類，下單看看評價，不然一住一個不吱聲。

垃圾酒店，老是停電還不給退房，前台服務太差了詢問一下就感覺不耐煩了，房間小設施舊還有一股難聞的味道，是住過最差的酒店

房間功能齊全，就是面積比較小，有點侷促，衞生比較乾淨，離東興口岸近，樓下吃飯比較方便，停車要到馬路對面的公園裡，有點不方便，不過從性價比來看還是可以的。
