This is my first time staying at Ramada. I stayed downstairs before... The service was very good. The room was not cleaned well when I checked in. I guess the previous guest did not check out because we arrived before 2 o'clock... The front desk helped us with the formalities and we went out shopping first... The family room was very popular with the kids... We were so happy... Haha... We went to the 35th floor to see the night view at night. The lady on the 35th floor has been working here for a long time. She has been here for 21 years and she is still here now... The breakfast is quite rich and is in Area A on the 32nd floor... I didn't book the rooms together, so I had to pay for driving out when I came back. Fortunately, the young man was very good. He asked about the room and let me go after a while... The service was very satisfactory... and very good... There were many grandpas and aunts from tour groups in Vienna... Haha😄 Another thing, don't eat Huajie Chicken Noodles on Xinhua Road. It's really too unpalatable... The shop is full of people from other places, and there is no local... They all went there for a pitfall You can go to Yizhong Tangshui downstairs. The drinks are very good!

The service is very friendly, the room is clean, and the star rating is similar to that of a four or five star hotel. The five star hotel only has better hardware, but the main thing is hygiene and service.

The good reviews are for the hotel's breakfast and the convenience of the 35th floor, but I advise everyone to choose carefully during holidays like May Day. Dongxing's management is really bad 😰 After getting off the highway, it was seriously congested from the People's Hospital. It was blocked for more than an hour in just a few hundred meters. Because the parking on the surrounding pedestrian street changed the two-way lane directly to a one-way lane, small vendors pulled people to park, and turned into a human wall to stop cars for a dozen yuan of parking fees. When we arrived at the riverside, the traffic police restricted traffic. The hotel front desk said that they could be released if they showed the hotel order, but in fact, the front desk had to send security to pick them up. In addition, the management of the front desk on the first floor was also chaotic. Because we checked in together with the Vienna Hotel, no one maintained the queue order. Whoever cut in line checked in first, and the surrounding area was even dirtier and messier. I will never come again. It's a terrible place.

Overall, I am quite satisfied, but the air outlet of the air conditioner cannot be adjusted and blows downwards, so the cold wind directly hits people's faces. It is not very comfortable and it is easy to catch a cold. Other aspects are still good.

The elevator is too slow. Although there are five elevators, there are too many passengers during holidays and you have to wait for several minutes. It's the first time I've waited so long for a hotel elevator. The breakfast is so-so and the toilet is not heated. Other than that, it's pretty good and the scenery is OK.
