前台的態度令人反感，路上訂了房間。到店前台正眼都不看我一下説網上價格太便宜，拒絕訂單，嘴裏還嘟嘟囔囔説外邊的小旅館價格也比這貴。手機上顯示成功，錢也不退也不讓入住。打網上客服電話，説成功預訂可以入住，給前台手機也不理我。。。大廳裏僵持了四十分鐘，最後網站客服給賓館老闆打了電話才給辦理。。你可以不使用平台，或者把價格提高一些，這樣的態度對待客人實在無法接受
