服務熱情，房間寬敞，位置繁華，價格划算，非常好的入住，有家的感覺即乾淨又舒適，而且位置特別好，是繁華熱鬧的地帶，靠近萬達，有夜市街，什麼吃的都有，不愁沒地方玩，挺滿意的入住

天鵝戀酒店住過幾次了，這次朋友過生日，挑了一間海底世界，房間藍色色調，很喜歡，但因為自己還要上班，沒時間佈置，打電話給前台，店長很熱心幫忙佈置，前台的小姐姐也一起幫忙，真的很感謝，服務態度沒得説，環境很好，特別温馨浪漫!停車也方便，免費停車，衞生乾淨整潔，男朋友很開心!真的很棒!以後會常來!這裏感覺很親切!值得推薦!贊以後住酒店肯定是天鵝戀酒店首選了

去之前我以為是和其他酒店一樣平地的，去了之後發現這個要坐電梯到6樓，衹有一層。到前台回給你個平板選擇哪個樣式的房間，（衹有臻選的有窗户）。我選的第一間進門發現房頂漏水，後面換了間，衞生怎麼説呢，有些地方顯得挺老舊的，竹籃上面的沙發都起球了也沒更換。空調製冷不夠，開了兩三個小時温度感覺沒到。電視機衹能換台，不是智能的。裝修方面顯得陳舊，看上去就是一兩年的樣子。
