位置很好找，距離萬達很近，走路十分鐘就能到。
距離老城打車到是方便。
民宿類，房間很大，來東方趕上變天，房間比較涼，有空調還算是方便。
大廳服務人員的態度，需要再好一點兒，不知道當天誰惹生氣了。

房間衞生太差，一進去就一股很大的味道，瀰漫整個房間，我的天！沒法住！要求換了房間之後，稍微好點，但還是有異味，後來發現是廁所的味道，原來是廁所都沒有做好清潔，最後沖了兩壺開水下去才沒那麼臭了！住了多家民宿，從沒出現過這種情況，體驗感極差！

入住酒店時定了三間家庭房，收了六百元壓金，這本身現在看就不太合理，已很少有酒店收按金了，這也沒啥。退房時由於我們要趕路，所以早八點半就去前台退房，服務員卻告知按金現在退不了，得等服務員查完房沒問題才能退按金，沒辦法我們着急也走不了。這樣的酒店不信任顧客，我們憑啥走後信任他們能退按金，衹好等待。因此大家一致決定給予該酒店服務差評！實事求是説，該酒店的設施和衞生都還不錯，衹可惜管理和服務意識太差太落後，可惜了這酒店的設施和環境。

衞生間洗手盆水龍頭的水和淋浴噴頭的水（包括坐便的沖水）很臟又黃又混濁，太噁心了。洗澡時沒發現結果毛巾馬上都變色了真坑人。身上淋了臟水無法沖乾淨了勉強穿上衣服。和服務枱的服務員反應她説知道的在等着維修，這個為什麼不給客人説一下嘛？？？這種臟水的客房不要租給客人了。
房間裏面的電源接觸不良，手機晚上沖電早上還沒有沖好，用手按着勉強沖一點。太誤事了！
前台服務員態度很差。退房不馬上退按金（200元按金）必須要半個小時後再退，讓她馬上退她説服務員查房要半個小時還説樓層太高服務員要等電梯。
