房間設施一般，廚具較少，老舊。小區環境和周邊不錯，出行方便。本來打算住三天，但是第三天還準備續房房間就被別人訂了，沒辦法緊急撤離

入住總體感覺過得去吧，小區環境不錯，臨近萬達廣場，東北人特別多，衞生乾淨，服務熱情。不足之處是設施比較陳舊，特別是衞生間太小，洗澡不方便。

服務人員態度很好，還有接送車服務，房間乾淨，空調降温效果好，客廳和卧室兩個空調，有廚房可以做飯，性價比很高。小區裏環境也很好比較安靜
