Отвратительный отель! Остановились на пару ночей, номер вонял сильно канализацией, отопления нет. На улице 4 градуса, в номере холодина. Не могла достучаться до владельца, просто дверь никто не открыл, трубку никто не поднял! НЕ ТРАТЬТЕ ДЕНЬГИ, Не БРОНИРУЙТЕ.

Номер для двоих на первом этаже был прям хорош: просторный, теплый, вид на лес и горы. Горячая вода, чайник в номере, пол в санузле с подогревом, по два полотенца на каждого+одно под ноги. НО! - Забитый душевой слив никто чистить так и не пришёл (сам всё сделал); - Прямо под окном вытяжка из кухни. Точно знали, что на ужин, если окно открыто. Весь фасад знал! - Уборка в номере. Захотели - пришли, не захотели - ну не пришли.. Уберут или нет - лотерея. - Завтрак в восемь. Но это не точно. Собрали толпу, открыли столовую в 8:10. Кстати, поесть нормально можно. В целом, рекомендую, поэтому четверка, но персонал на расслабоне.

Жили 3 ночи. Номер стандарт (36), по номеру все хорошо, но очень маленький сан узел, на унитаз ровно не сядешь так как мешает душевая кабинка. Не знаю это только в нашем или в других так же. В прихожей и сан узле теплый пол. Так же теплый пол в коридорах, довольно жарко, что позволяет там сушить одежду и оборудование Есть завтраки, довольно неплохие: комплекс каша, яичница с сосиской, десерт. Плюс дополнительно можно брать хлопья, колбаса, сыр. В целом отель рекомендую, рядом все есть. Из минусов: не лучшая шумоизоляция, больше особо не заметил PS: бронировали через агентство Тонга Тур, получилось дешевле чем напрямую в отеле забронировать 😁

Отель - новый, в номерах - почти чистота. Обратите внимание, что в номерах отсутствует кондиционер и москитная сетка, т.ч. вы либо будете искусаны комарами, либо задохнетесь от духоты. На reception вместо скана паспортов заставляют собственноручно заполнять какие-то анкеты.
