The location is perfect as it is located ***** the Ganges River! You can see the Ganges River from the attached restaurant, and the food there was delicious! However, since it is located ***** the Ganges River, you cannot reach the hotel by rickshaw or taxi, so you will have to walk for a few minutes, but the journey is also exciting! The problem was that there were a lot of small insects like mosquitoes (?) in the room, but I was given an insect repellent machine at the reception.

This is the first time i am not happy with makemytrip's services. On this trip, i feel cheated not only by the hotel but also by makemytrip. They offered a rs 600 coupon, which i won't be able to redeem. The hotel room was not ready at the time of check-in, the room dimensions were not proper, and it was not fit for an extra bed. And in the middle of the trip, offering a full cancellation is not a proper solution to the customer's problem; it's more like blackmailing. The common toilet was not clean and was not equipped with proper sanitary fittings. Moreover, the actual price of the room was rs 1000, but we paid rs 2800 for the same dirty room"

Location was worse not at all recommend for any elderly person. Very poor service in all my 4 day stay i kept on requesting but ac of my room was not working. Very very rude behavior of reception person

Nice experience with courteous behavior all around from hotel staffs. Outsourced apex restaurant attached with this accommodation is ok save & except availability of appropriate food items to meet the requirements of elderly person/children may be ensured please.

All good Front Office to Housekeeping & restaurant staffs & food also okay & best thing was view of ganga stayed in royal view room but small suggestion i.e food prices can be reasonable which was higher side & kindly brief your Bell Desk because day of check-in they carry the luggages & bring to the room as well but day of check-out they mishabehaved asked for more money which I have already given day of check-in & check-out as well otherwise it will directly affect the company business in future. 🙏,Best of Luck & Take care & keep doing.....

The behaviour and service was terrible. Also they asked for extra money at every point. They didn’t gave us the promised things. Worst experience and staff. Would never recommend this to anyone
