This was absolutely the best experience. The staff went above and beyond with all of our needs. Amy was such an amazing person, I fell sick while I was there and she made sure that I received the proper medication from the onsite doctor. I 1000% recommend this resort and I definitely will be back.

I was looking for a hotel where Japanese was spoken, and booked this hotel as it said it had a Japanese general manager.
The general manager gave me lots of advice, the hotel was comfortable to use, and he also recommended some restaurants in Hoi An, so I was able to eat some delicious food!
The other staff were also very friendly and polite, so I felt at ease when staying here!
The breakfast buffet and Japanese food were also very delicious. I had the teppanyaki course once at night, which was very tasty. There was also a shuttle bus from the hotel, so it was very convenient. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Da Nang.

However, it is located 30 minutes by taxi from Da Nang city, so I don't recommend it for people who mainly stay in the city.
