Hotels near American Museum of Western Art - The Anschutz Collection, Denver

It’s a nice hotel located strategically in the central city. The room was okay. The hotel also offers luggage storage service while we are waiting for our train. Breakfast was okay, with good options.

The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The on-site restaurant was very good we had the bacon pizza because with was recommended by the bartender and it did not disappoint.

The room is average, the front desk service attitude is very poor, and there is no breakfast. Most of the cabins are occupied by airline flight attendants. I will not choose this hotel again at the same price.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldn’t even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was “I think you can?” When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasn’t sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

For your information, I had a suite on the top floor, and as soon as I arrived I took the trouble to tell them that speaking in English was not easy for me and that it was not my original language. And jusye WOW I loved my stay with them. I have no negative points, very comfortable, the bed like the sofa, lots of space, the internet works really well, for the shower for me the water pressure is high and I was not disappointed, because the pressure of the water jet was perfect (not too strong, nor too weak), very good soundproofing, I heard nothing, I even managed to sleep like a baby, the staff was super nice, friendly, and they Helped me find the cheapest route back to the airport and even showed me where the nearest goal stop was. They were all very helpful. As for lunch, WOW!!! 1st thing I noticed is that in other places they don't do this kind of service, a super nice person comes to pick up your plate when it's empty, every morning there was a little something that changed so you don't always eat the same thing, there are of course certain things that remain normal and what's more, they were the most popular, I loved being able to make waffles every morning, there were a lot but really a lot of choice. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel for my part if I have to return to Denver I would use this hotel again. We stayed here for just the evening. We walked to the baseball game and back. It was a quick stay and did not spend much time in our room. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, the check in was smooth and easy. I was able to get signed up for the Marriott membership.

The location of the hotel is good, the hotel is very modern, and the public areas are very comfortable, but the rooms are small, and hygiene is not a problem for a hotel. Many hotels in the United States don’t seem to suck the floor every day, and hair dust can be seen.

Lovely young member of staff for breakfast on weekends - super personable. Breakfast was pretty good

Location is good and the room is spacious and free shuttle bus just 1 minute walking distance from the hotel. This free shuttle bus of course only cover 2-3 miles distance within city centre, not the entire city. Good thing about this hotel is simple breakfast is free.
