All the staff I met were very friendly and service oriented. It makes such a difference. The room was clean and very comfortable. I was given a room on the 10th floor with a breathtaking view of the Rocky Mountains. I actually forgot a fairly expensive item in the room when I left and Janine who answered the phone and the Housekeeping Manager Inna McAllister went out of their way to find and Fedex the item to me in record speed. I have never before succeeded to retrieve an item left behind in a hotel. Best service ever! Thank you so much.

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast bistro. Room was clean and tv remote was sanitized. The front desk even found me a better rate at check in. This was a quick stay for 1 nite at the airport but it was particularly pleasant.

I stayed for one night, but it was still good. I was very close to the client company in the city center. I came out with a supermarket, and Starbucks. I stayed for one night and the overall feeling was ok! #breakfast# #周边商超#

We did not receive an upgrade for our five night stay which was a bit disappointing. we were with our 9 year old grandson, so we opted for two queens which worked out pretty good. the location is a bit of a challenge and has attracted a different sort of clientele and it is not that easy to get to and from the hotel. the room was clean. the breakfast option was limited but the service we received was just fine.

The stay started great. I was upgraded to a suite as a Platinum elite member. They also provided a $10 daily Platinum credit for the convenience center and for Starbucks drinks. I wondered if they would still offer that benefit due to COVID. The Bistro was closed. The room was large and met my needs quite well for a week long stay. My room was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable. I'm very happy that they honored the preferences I made when making the reservation by giving me extra pillows and towels. It seems like most Marriott's I stay at don't bother to look at my preferences. There was plenty of free parking. Note that there is currently not an airport shuttle (maybe it's due to COVID, but I'm not sure). Other hotels directly surrounding the Courtyard are still offering a shuttle, so I'm not sure what the deal is with that. The hotel is within 15-20 minute walking distance to the A train that takes you downtown or the airport. Now for the negatives (most of these are small). 1. The windows were not locked and I could hear air coming through. It took a little bit of jiggling around, but I was finally able to close them. While I was over there, I noticed the windows were filthy. There was black dirt on the inside edges and the outside of the windows need a good cleaning as well. Not a big deal, but the little things get noticed. 2. I'm also not sure how clean the carpet was. The bottom of my socks got kind of dirty after a day of walking on it. 3. The tv remote for one of the tvs wasn't working properly. I managed to make it work. Once again, a small thing. 4. The mini fridge didn't work, so I had to request a new one. The issue was dealt with pretty quickly. 5. I had an issue on check out day with the daily $10 food & beverage credit for being an elite member not being applied. The first person I spoke with early in the morning said that because the Bistro was closed, they weren't doing the $10 credit. They said it didn't apply to the convenience center. This directly went against what I was told at check in. Luckily, I went down later in the morning to speak with someone else and they gladly adjusted the bill to account for the daily credit. Please make sure your staff members are informed of the current policy. 6. Lastly, they don't have a separate person making Starbucks drinks in the morning, so a front desk person has to make it. I felt bad because it took them away from front desk duties when there wasn't another person working. To their credit, the front desk person was always willing to make the drink. Overall, I would definitely stay at this hotel if I was in the area again (especially for the exceptionally low rate I got).
