設施：有暖氣 供氧，還有熱水（喝的喲） 衞生：衞生間很乾凈，沒有一點水漬，洗護用品也很齊全，很好用 服務：服務很好， 自駕青甘環線來玩的，晚上剛好到德令哈就入住了這個酒店，價格實惠，房間很乾凈，早餐太齊全了，我發給朋友，朋友都不信這個價格，而且早餐很好吃😋，下次來還住

房間乾淨舒適，酒店自己的院子，停車方便，安靜。園林綠化養護很好，床，被子舒服，酒店送了美味自助早餐，所有的服務人員都那麼熱情，關心詢問還有什麼需求，因天氣降温，又給了電暖器，非常暖心。連住4晚，超值，值得選擇。

來大西北旅遊一路下來目前最滿意的酒店，下午到的比較遲，前台小姐姐説酒店是沒有電梯的，看我們是遊客帶的行李比較多，貼心的幫忙升級了一樓的套房，房間很大很乾凈，床頭有供氧，暖氣燒的也足，晚上睡覺真的是非常安靜，白天走了一天能睡個好覺真的很舒服，家人有點高反還幫忙找來了紅景天口服液，早餐種類不多，但是新鮮乾淨，是來到德令哈值得住一晚的酒店！

服務很好，午間還有免費水果送到房間裏，室內沒有空調，使用的是集中供暖暖氣，辦完入住之後有個小姐姐一直引路帶我去房間門口，給那個小姐姐五星好評，人美聲甜，唯一美中不足的就是室內有些東西在住進去之前沒準備好（比如飲用水，當時飲水機壞了），總體很好，服務滿意。
