The environment and location of the hotel are very good, but the service is really bad! We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm, more than three o'clock to stay, queued for nearly two hours. My wife and I love & enjoy the Enjoy. We find the facilities perfect for us...our needs. Relaxed in the Dead Sea waters indoor pool, the jacuzzi, the cold water pool. Did laps in the nice outdoor pool, worked out in the gym with machines, free weights, treadmill. Enjoyed both the mountain & dead sea view. Everyone was patient, helpful service with a smile. Had great massages was a restful & romantic visit.

This hotel is conveniently located on the Dead Sea. The floating sea has a dedicated salt sea, which is great. But the entire hotel is almost the Russian grandmother aunt, the halls and meals are whine, very lively, if you like quiet it is definitely not a good choice, the hotel room hygiene is not very clean.
