I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guilin. Whether it's the room facilities or the surrounding transportation and dining options, it's incredibly convenient. Downstairs and nearby, there's a food street, and across the road are the East and West Alleys and Jingjiang Prince City. On this side, you'll find the Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill. The best part is the hotel's 9th-floor panoramic restaurant, offering views of Duxiu Peak and Laoshan Mountain. Hotel guests also get a discount on dining. In short, staying here makes getting anywhere a breeze. Plus, the front desk staff are all very polite, warm, and helpful, truly making you feel at home.

We also truly appreciated the room upgrade — the rooftop jacuzzi room was incredible. Delicious breakfasts and dinners, excellent coffee, cozy atmosphere, and convenient motorbike rental nearby. We didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay again! Recommend 200% !!! 🥰

I highly recommend the Guolong Hotel! The biggest surprise was the huge parking lot – there's so much space that both family cars and business vehicles can park with ease, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk service was absolutely excellent; the staff were warm and thoughtful, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. They even proactively offered tips for local attractions, which really enhanced the whole check-in experience!

The hotel is just across the road from Ailian Lake Park. The cherry blossoms and water lilies in the park are currently in full bloom, making for a nice view. However, breakfast was just average. At night, the surrounding area was incredibly noisy with loud music that went on until very late.

From the moment I arrived, I knew this place was something special. Everything about this accommodation exceeded my expectations, it truly felt like a home away from home, but even better. The property itself is stunning. It’s beautifully designed with a perfect balance of comfort and style. Every detail has clearly been thought through, from the cozy furnishings to the high-quality amenities. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, the bed alone deserves a five-star review! What really made this stay unforgettable was the level of service. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything I needed, offering helpful local recommendations and making us feel genuinely cared for. The location is another huge highlight. It’s perfectly situated and close enough to everything you need, yet peaceful and quiet, making it ideal for relaxation. Whether you're exploring nearby attractions or just unwinding, it’s the perfect accommodation. Little touches made a big difference too: thoughtful welcome items, well-stocked facilities, and an overall feeling of warmth and hospitality that you don’t come across often. In short, this is hands down the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and an exceptional experience. I cannot wait to come back!

First time in Nanning, and there were so many hotels and guesthouses in the tourist area, it was hard to choose. In the end, I decided to go with Marriott, which felt more reliable. The price was incredibly good compared to other cities. The breakfast was especially authentic. Fraya Qin at the front desk provided excellent service. Plus, it's directly connected to the mall next door (the Black Tide Tea at that place is delicious!), and you can get straight to the subway station. Vientiane City is in the other direction, and you can take the subway directly from Nanning East High-Speed Rail Station. I highly recommend it to all tourists!

A very comfortable stay! The room was simple, modern, and clean. Hyatt's 'Good Dream' mattress was so soft and comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, there was a 55-inch large TV, and a separate workspace, all well-appointed. The soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. 😴 The breakfast was fantastic too! Enjoying a bowl of luosifen (river snail noodles) while admiring the river view at the Grand Gallery restaurant truly felt like the right way to experience Liuzhou! They had all the local specialties like Sanjiang zongzi and oil tea, with a rich mix of Chinese and Western options. What was even more surprising was that some of the most popular luosifen shops were right near the hotel, so we didn't have to drag our luggage around to queue. 😄 KRIS, one of the staff members, was incredibly thoughtful ❤️ and helped us with many issues. If I come to Liuzhou again, this will definitely be my top choice.

I have been on a business trip to Qinzhou Port for more than two years. I have lived in hotels of all sizes. This newly opened Youyi Crystal Hotel is really good. There is a free large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. There is a free laundry dryer gym. The whole room is smart. And each room is equipped with an air purifier and a small refrigerator. This is really a surprise. The toiletries are also very complete, including disposable toilet pads and disposable slippers. This is really nice. I will definitely come often in the future!

I couldn't have been happier with my stay. I've never been to Guanxi province before, but it surpassed all my expectations. The village itself is beautiful, and around 7km from Yangshuo, so it's not as busy as central locations but still plenty to see around the Yulong river. But most of all, the family and all the staff at this hotel were truly exceptional, and made me feel so welcome. The rooms are comfortable, extremely clean, and they service your rooms every day which means you always have a freshly made bed and water bottles. Breakfast was included and was wonderful and plentiful....porridge, watermelon, yams, boiled eggs served with red tea, and you could also order coffee. You can also get a big bowl of noodles, but after they realised as a foreigner, I don't really like to eat this kind of thing for breakfast, they simply adjusted to my tastes and gave more eggs and sweet potatoes the next day without me even needing to ask- fantastic service! I really enjoyed the company of the boss man, and I assume his wife. After watching snooker together the first evening, they invited me to eat dinner together the next night, along with the kitchen cook. It felt like a family meal, and I felt very welcome indeed. By the way, I walked between villages in my afternoons, which was great exercise and there's plenty of good routes for bicycling. 🚲 I am already looking forward to coming back 🏞

It was a fantastic stay at this gem. Right in the heart of West Street , easy to get to anywhere. We arrived early and our room was not ready. Girls at the reception were super helpful and upgraded us to a beautiful two level room on the 7th floor. Modern , clean , roomy , VERY comfortable bed a nice bath with a nice view. Oh and nice thick towels 👍 Customer Service was 10/10 , I contacted them on Wechat after I booked with many questions and that was never a problem to them. They were also so very helpful to book tickets for us on our arrival for Hot air balloon and Ruyi Peak with a discount price. We wanted to travel around on a scooter, the lovely girl from the reception offered advices and options to hire a longer or shorter distance scooter. Not only that she personally took us to get one. We had a great deal for one to use for the whole day , return before mid night for 50Y . Overall it was a superb stay . If there is one thing they can improve on , maybe an easy instruction on how to use their projector . A very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend it to all .
