Except for the front desk service being offline, everything else is pretty good. The hardware environment, hot spring pool, restaurant and lake environment are all suitable for vacation. The service level of the front desk is obviously different from other five-star hotels, but the service staff in other aspects are pretty good.

The service is too bad. The restaurant can't even take out the child chairs. When asked, they were in the guest room. There are only three children's dining chairs in the whole hotel. It is obviously a parent-child hotel. The number of children's dining chairs is so small, which shows that the hotel service management is not done well at all. Secondly, the hotel has a private hot spring. For such an expensive room, shouldn't it be required that the customer service put the hot spring water on time? When I called the front desk, I was told that the guests need to put the water in by themselves. I have stayed in so many private hot spring hotels, but this one has such a bad service attitude. It takes an hour to put the water in the private hot spring, which means that the guests must wait until the water is finished in the hotel before they can go out. What if they have other arrangements? The service is too bad! There are also few types of breakfast in the hotel. Overall, it is not recommended to stay!

I bought a package online for 999, which included a one-night private bath king-size bed room and a small hot pot dinner. The hotel is located in a remote area, but the environment is very good. There is a large lawn in the resort and a lake suitable for fishing. When the weather is good, it is quite pleasant to sit in the camping area outside. The hotel is Japanese-style, and the private bath is in the room, which is suitable for a family of three. The small hot pot is a combination of meat and vegetables, and is also served with refreshing cold dishes and snacks such as brown sugar rice cakes. The portion is enough. Except that the air conditioner in the room is a bit loud at night, the overall experience of the hotel is pretty good.
