Very nice rooms, large and comfortable. Beautiful location close to the forest and with an amazing view of the mountains. Attentive, professional staff. Close to the village life and still calm and relaxing. Good breakfast buffet. I keep coming back.

room was clean and spacious, location is good, you need to upgrade the toilet (please fix shower toilet), food experience in breakfast and lunch was good, staff is friendly and helpful, i would like to experience with my family as well, overall was very good experience

This is our seventh year back-to-back at the hotel, and as always the experience was amazing, starting from the staff at reception (Rocio) to the drives (Antonio) and all the rest of the team. They all make you feel at home. Thanks again for all the transfers to and from the ski lifts.

As usual, we loved the hotel for its atmosphere, staff and overall quality. Great service overall, transport to/from the slopes works well. Good breakfast, and whatever question they’ll try to find a solution. Looking forward to coming again!

Amazing! The hotel was just wonderful, beautiful room, delicious breakfast and perfect wellness area with saunas. The hotel offers a shuttle to bring you to the slopes (Parsenn and Jakobshorn) and pick you up. Just perfect! The staff was very nice and always helpful. Loved the stay and would definitely come back again.
