Very Very beautiful place for stay. All staff are very friendly and courteous.. Food, accommodation, tea point and stay, everything is mesmerizing.. would like to come again and again.. worth value for money... very nice place and nice people

An excellent stay purely thanks to Katha at the reception and Adwit for their personal touch and hospitality... Otherwise things were going to be otherwise.. The room given to us was extremely well laid out and aesthetically thought The hotel is true to the Mayfair brand and one of the niche out of the 10/12 the brand owns.. Morning and evening tea garden trails were awesome with the Chai ki Tapri and the bar at the property fabulous Misses... We had to travel early so requested the staff for packed b'fast .. we did receive the b'fast but not as per our request and it was very surprising to see that only two pieces of sandwich basically one cut into two and a banana, apple and a water bottle was kept.. this too after we had informed the staff well in advance about our early check out and the long drive we had ahead.. Not expected out of Mayfair... Hope the GM will take care of this aspect. Rest all well.. our wishes to the hotel and the staff for brighter future and happiness.

The experience was pathetic. Service needs to be improved. Room services are pathetic. I must board today (12 June 2024) morning flight from Bagdogra airport at 10am. Yesterday (11 June 2024 hotel staff informed my team that cab details supposed to share one hour before actual hotel departure time today 12 June 2024 at 7:30 A.M and they are providing information at 8:50am. Why they are misleading guest. The management was least bothered about guest problems. Do Not expect such bad response from such a reputed Resort- Mayfair Tea Resort New Siliguri Very bad experience. I will not recommend anyone to booking this hotel. Management and Mayfair Tea Resort, Siliguri should value other person time.

Had a wonderful time at the resort Sanjay made our time memorable here awesome ambience and awesome food. Kudos to the staff!!!! Rishabh also took really good care of us had a great time and wonderful experience at the lavish and luxurious poolside restaurant

I went to mayfair tea resort for lunch with my family on the occasion of my mom dad anniversary… Really had a great time out there…food were delicious must try continental Chef Nicholson is one of the best continental chef…He made a mouth watering pizza for us…Priya and Dolma from tea pot were really helpful and were always ready to serve us with our order…Thankyou guys and best of luck for your future…

We stayed in Mayfair for 4 days recently, apart from the wide spread property ambience and tea garden estate, hospitality , food and dining experience was at next level. Their staff made our stay more pleasant, specially Laxminarayan ji and chef sabyaasachi for such a wonderful experience. If ever in India , and want to experience best hospitality, luxurious experience, warm and pleasant stay, one of the best places is Mayfair Siliguri. From entrance to chai tapri in morning to box office (cinema theatre) showing movies and tea tour in evening, lavish breakfast and an amazing dining & food experience anyone would look for. Our family, specially my parents and siblings are still in awe and would love to visit soon again. Regards, Raj Vijay

I had heard good things about this resort and decided to check it myself. Winding through busy and work in progress roads from the airport, one tends to feel a bit down until you reach the Sukna road crossing. The treat for your eyes starts from the road leading to the resort and once you reach the big white gates of Mayfair Tea Resort Siliguri, you forget everything. The staff are in their best trying to make you feel at home while your eyes move across the art, artefacts, design and colour coordination of the hotel. The abundant lush greenery with well thought out venues like the pool side, the greenhouse, the restaurant spaces are all beyond the ordinary. I could feel the atmosphere of positivity and freshness all around. The Chai ki Tapri,a beautiful tea kiosk nestled amidst the tea gardens with music of by gone era makes you nostalgic, romantic and invigorating. While the food is a notch higher than excellent, the smiles of staff in and around the resort leaves an everlasting memory of the resort . The resort has restored the tea garden in a sustainable manner and is worth mentioning.I would love to come back again and again to savour the freshness Of this beautifully managed property by the Mayfair group.
