Hello this place is great stay when traveling somewhere. I think the apartment is cozy and has a lot of space. I stayed for one night and it was better than my expectations. There is a doube room for couples and the place looks as on pictures.

Staying here will not be a problem, in terms of comfort and ameninties. The rooms are clean and it was the best priced for a downtown hotel. However, I didn't find the particular desk clerk that checked me in terribly accommodating. It was fine at check in, but when I went back to after I realized I had made a mistake in booking, he first said that there was absolutely nothing he could do about it, and when pressed by another person in my party he put the guilt trip on us. I could understand if this was Friday night, but we're talking a Tuesday night and he telling me ”I guess I can make the switch, but if we were full I couldn't have”. I'm aware that I made the mistake in booking, but to essentially pile on wasn't appreciated. The rooms have plenty of space, though they smelled of mothballs. The bathrooms are huge as well, which was nice. You won't go wrong staying here, but I wasn't a fan of how customer service was handled when there clearly were options.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a hot minute. They were more then accommodating and the workers at the front desk were some of the sweetest people i've had the pleasure to chat with. I know for a fact whenever I come back to Dallas I'll be booking with them again in the future. The only things I can point out, and none of them are downsides but simply things to be aware of: - Our room on the ground floor had no windows. This isn't a problem but I did find I wanted to set an alarm on my phone for basically everything since I didn't have the sun to tell me if I super over slept or not - The pillows were a little thin, easy fix though! Just bring your own from home- or if you're rooming by yourself stack the pillows up - Again I think this only matters if you get a room on the ground floor/by the front desk but since it is a Social Hotel they mean that! Could easily hear some partying going on so if you're looking for silence this might not be the best choice for ya

Good location at reasonable price. Rooms clean. The only issue I had was with the plugs. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. And the fridge was missing. People at reception were very nice and accommodating

Very good , it is quiet , clean, good parking,a Mexican shop next to and NACH the motorway to continue The super fast trip ay pharmacies and a few convenecia shops NACH A good gasoliner in general THIS NACH many shops you might need in a trip is excellent , I recommend

Checked in on Friday 6/3 for a wedding and checked out Sunday 6/5. The lobby, bar, and banquet rooms were all very nice. Hotel staff was very friendly, cordial, and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was great! Service at the wedding was top notch. The shower was severely lacking in water pressure, to the point where I felt like I was in a public gym, but I had no issue overlooking this. However, my overall very positive experience was greatly reduced with all 3 of my interactions with the onsite Valet. First encounter: Checking in, the wait for valet service was 25 min. Would have parked myself but there was no clear instructions on how to do so. Valet attendants showed no hustle (a lot of confusion, standing around, yelling, overall chaos) and then I even witnessed an attendant driving a $100K BMW bump into a parked pick up. This left me very unsettled leaving my car in their care. Nevertheless I did. 2) I called to have my car brought around Sat morning so I could retrieve an item I had left in the car. Attendant was somewhat rude and dismissive on the phone as well as in person. 3) After checking out, the valet process was, once again, pure chaos. I understand this is somewhat to be expected at 11AM on a Sunday. But again, there seemed to be no organization, no system, and just general disfunction with little care for the guest experience. Then, I witnessed an enraged guest screaming profanities because his car had been badly damaged while in the care of the valet service. There was easily $1,000 worth of body damage to his car. Finally after 30 min of waiting, my car was retrieved. No remorse or apology for the wait or overall experience. In general, very nice hotel and stay that was severely diminished by the valet experience. Bottom line, if you're going to force driving guests to pay $36 per night for a valet service, it needs to be far more efficient, friendly, and people need to feel comfortable leaving their vehicles.

Four-star hotel is expensive, the price is not high!

Great customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.

The location was excellent for our purposes, about three minutes from the doctor my husband was seeing. Our room was missing a couple of light bulbs, one in the bath and one between the beds, but the front desk clerk said they were going to be updating all the rooms with new fixtures, furniture, etc, so for right now they were just making sure there was at least one light on in each spot. The bed was very comfortable, the tv was large. The breakfast, in a large area, had yogurts, cereals, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausages, bananas and apples, muffins, pancakes, and cinnamon rolls, along with juice, milk, and coffee. The lady in charge of breakfast kept all the selections replenished. There is an indoor pool, but we did not go to it so I cannot comment on it. We will definitely stay there again if we need to be in that location.

Standard American 4 star hotel service. The breakfast is simple. There are many restaurants around a 10-minute walk, which is very convenient.
