Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center.

This hotel was very clean and have no complaints. It is unfortunately by the interstate but I should have researched that more. Very spacious room and the breakfast was tasty!

Great location and clean rooms. Amenities are too cool. Love the pool table and bar. Sheets and bed were awesome.

Front desk staff very friendly and greeted you every time you walked in. Very helpful to answer questions. Offered cookies to us and valet very nice as well.

The staff was absolutely amazing! We were there for NCA and had booked 2 queen beds. They were oversold and completely did everything to accommodate & make it right. Best staff ever!

This hotel is right next to I-35... It's hard to sleep with all the highway traffic right outside your room window.. also on top of the noise they charge $30 a day to park at the hotel. Not worth the $580 we paid for a 3 day stay with parking.

When you come to this hotel, you have to park your car. They charge 35 dollars for mandatory valet parking after 6 pm. The hotel room on the freeway side is loud. They have earplugs ready on the nightstand to compensate for that. I personally was not able to sleep because of the big trucks coming by and a little bright green light coming from a smoke detector, flickering every 10 seconds.

The NON-OPTIONAL VALET SERVICE made me feel like I was being robbed. I guess i learned to read the fine print but I was not aware of these until I drove into their TINY PARKING LOT. There was literally nowhere else for blocks to park so they have you in a corner. There is nothing else to do but to hand over $35 for this "Service" Then every time i went out to my car, which was literally parked across fromt he front door, I first had to wait for a valet man to take my ticket, only for them to hand me my keys so i could go get my own car. I finally refused my keys and told them to bring it over since i was being charged for the service.
