Rather disappointed, requested a balcony view but could only see the roof, we experienced toilet problems and sink drain problems in our room. Also $25 parking, not very excited about our stay here.

The room was clean, vut smelled really musty. Another guest complained of alot of dead roaches in their room. But thay is hearsay. The lack of a bar in a tourist location is disappointing. The fact that thre were only paper or plastic cups to drink from is unacceptable

Parking wasn’t my favorite since the only option is $47 as a hotel guest but otherwise it was a great stay. Room was clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful during check in and out. We would definitely stay here again if necessary. The balcony was cute too.

I ENJOYED THE COMFORT OF THE ROOM AND THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A BALCONY! THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. I DEFINITELY NEEDED THIS STAYCATION.

Excellent location, centrally located and easy to get anywhere in the DFW area. Service was great! Check in and out was easy and quick. Overall an excellent experience and stay. Very secure, quiet and clean.

Hot water in our room 315 didn’t work at all. There’s a $25 parking fee for every 24hours. No where in the booking did it mention that.
