We enjoyed our stay. Something to improve on would be the breakfast. Waffles were yummy, breakfast sandwiches and sausage wraps sat in warmer and were hard and unappetizing

The property was nice and quit!
The front desk can improve a bit on how they treat customers. Checking in I had a woman that was very rude, however I’m assuming a manager took over and made it a pleasant stay!!

Everything was great but the bathroom. They have a sliding door so it is not at all private. The shower is also clear so even if you walk by there’s a 2 inch gap. So if you like privacy while bathing or going to the bathroom you might want another hotel! Besides that, everything was clean and the room was really nice.

Stayed for NCA Cheer Comp the best hotel to stay in my 6 years of attending. 10 min drive to Omni/convention center. Walking distance to panera and 7 eleven. HOTEL LOBBY ALWAYS SMELLED HEAVENLY. Breakfast was always well stocked. Large rooms. Friendly front desk staff

The room was clean and spacious. Full kitchen was equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There were also plates, mugs, and glasses. Staff was very friendly. Hotel provided breakfast as well. We really enjoyed our stay.

There were a few homeless people outside of the hotel like others have said, however I never felt unsafe and the hotel is very nice and clean inside. I would stay there again if I were to be in the area again.
