1. The man at the front desk had a very bad attitude. He asked about the parking lot and directly asked the customer whether you understood what I said. His expression was scary.
2. The promotional picture does not match the actual room type. The picture shows a large window, but in reality it is a very small window.
3. Normally, when you enter a room, insert your card and go directly to the room. There are two steps going down in this room. If you don’t look carefully, you can easily fall down.
