The hotel has its own parking lot, which is not small in size and well managed. The hotel’s front desk service is enthusiastic, and there is a farmer’s market near the hotel for easy shopping. The location of the hotel is quiet and quiet at night.

房間較寬敞，被褥也挺乾淨，但其室內它設施卻很陳舊，地毯骯臟不堪，衞生間異味嚴重，讓人不堪忍受。
前台服務員態度不錯，停車場保安態度很好。
該酒店最大的長處，是有一個不小的停車場，這在各條街道邊上擠滿了私家車的旅順口的其它旅館中，是不多見的。簡直就是一個奇蹟了。

房間枱子衹有一小條，放不了多少東西，洗漱包化粧包衹能放窗台上或地上，洗澡的時候不怎麼下水，淹過腳面了，地毯不乾淨。老百姓不會調電視，不出台，時斷時續的。有免費停車場，看車師傅挺負責的。

設施服務正常快捷酒店水準。
樓下有院子可停車，但晚了可能會停滿，酒店最好能登記住客車牌，早上就看到有車被其它車堵最裡麪出不來，還找不到車主。
外面就是商業街晚上有夜市，吃飯買東西方便

隔音差，太差了，早上7點不到走廊就吵吵，保潔阿姨説話也能聽見。電視不好使，遙控器也沒電池，第二天換毛巾也不給換地巾。
高級大床房，在一樓，走過去有一段是沒燈的嚇人……

冬天入住，沒有暖氣，空調需要等很久房間才暖和。夜裡怕冷，不敢關空調，但是空調聲音大，影響睡眠。睡得不是太好。房間非常乾淨，整潔，服務態度好，有免費停車場，很方便。附近吃飯方便，有市場，買水果方便。
