The hotel location was great! I think this hotel has seen better days though. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were basic at best and didn’t provide the comforts of other hotels. A lot of great cafes and restaurants nearby on 七七街!

房間很乾凈，服務態度很好，不讓外賣員上樓保證了住户的安全，並且酒店窗景很優美，酒店位置非常好，很便捷，樓下距離地鐵站，夜市，商場都非常近。

我真是服了 前台 四月4號早上值班那個前台 我好像欠他的！我打電話問幾點能辦入住 （本意想知道能否提前入住）攜程上店家寫的12點 他告訴我兩點 我説那你們為什麼攜程寫12點 他説 那我們需要收拾房間啊～ 這句話 非常無語非常鄙視 説了三四遍 我真挺服
然後就是環境 咋説呢 燈 都不如我手機亮 樓道 一半沒燈 大晚上的 還是日式裝修 巨黑 巨嚇人
這個酒店我衹能用嚇人形容了

酒店比較老，但是乾淨整潔，出差定在這裏很滿意，離各大商圈都很近，離火車站也衹需走五分鐘，吃的一應俱全還會再來

很少給酒店寫評價，一直以來都非常信任攜程平台，確實在之前那麼多年那麼多次的住宿經歷中幾乎都沒有觸過雷，向來都是默認好評。但這次一定要好好説一説中山大酒店的坑人之處，給所有外地來大連遊玩的朋友們避個雷。外表看着還算敞亮，但一進門就聞到一股夾帶着腥氣的黴味。除了衞生間整個房間都沒有大燈（視頻為證），一旦太陽下山幾乎就衹能摸黑。床上還有肉眼可見的污漬，得虧我們帶好了一次性的用具，不然晚上根本睡不安心。牆壁啊窗户啊隨處可見的污垢也不知道多久沒清理了。客房服務形同虛設，不打電話三催四請根本沒有人來打掃。機器人作為酒店的賣點之一形同虛設，動不動就説行李攔了道上不來了。明明攜程下訂單的時候就説好了最後一日可以到下午兩點退房，十一點多前台迫不及待的就打電話來催人離開。如果不是我們和攜程反饋，不明不白的就被趕走了。最後還是攜程承擔了一切，從中協調還出資給了一定的賠償。

環境湊合能住..根本沒有服務.設備壞的前台就説之前就這樣的.退房前台姓蓋的更牛b.動不動就國企就這樣.員工態度不好反應到他們領導一樣不管.態度就是酒店不差人住投訴算什麼 垃圾！願意住的自己體會吧

在青泥窪附近，酒店對面就是一個小市場，裏面的羊肉串味道相當不錯，旁邊還有一個寵物市場，時間太緊張，沒去上，下次過去一定過去看看。
