the hotel was clean enough and the room was fine with a decent bed and good air conditioner. the blinds on the windows, however, seemed to be thrown together and were not up to standard. the Internet was shockingly bad and the breakfast was average at best. this is definitely a budget place but just expect cleanliness but no frills.

Location doesnt have a lot of eating options around, walked my ass of just to find a place that has breakfast.
But close to some attractions like shell museum (absolutely gorgeous) the beach and a theme park.
The square is famous but overrated because at the square itself there's nothing to do.

酒店洗浴很方便，進門需要換拖鞋。房間很大，床也舒服，一日三餐均可在酒店內解決，老闆還免費送了雙早。酒店的自助餐超讚！可蒸可涮，價格絕對親民。酒店位置也很好，步行去星海廣場很近，以後還會選擇這家酒店。

首先差評要給攜程，定位是錯的，哎呀你給的到星海廣場中間了，一個外地遊客哪分得清啊，一大早步行過去的，正確定位相隔500對米，好不呢，真的要奔潰了！！！説回酒店，看酒店房間還不錯，可是住下來就是我噩夢的開始…發黴有網友説過海邊我理解，閉上眼睛睡覺當作啥都看不見。可是一進屋一股煙味哪能忍啊，告知可以換房間但是可以換的那間有油煙味咋整啊……不換唄開窗户通通風咯，可窗户的氣壓桿換的打不開啊😭，打電話去前台電話也壞啊…洗澡唄沒熱水啊，清潔阿姨説放久一點就有了，20、30分鐘才熱真的有夠久的，還有那個花灑是認真的嗎請問住客都得每次洗澡連着洗頭嗎？房間外的通道燈是壞的，照片是早上拍的別誤會那光可是樓頂通過樓梯透進來的，晚上可嚇人了，烏黑麻七的，問前台説是為了節能，唉，我都真無語，最後一張沒拍好，是安全出口沒理解錯還是走火通道，請問防煙門常開的是為了萬一有火警時煙跑得更快？ 撤了撤了，本來打算住一星期的，衹能換了！！

説是海景房，衹是一條河溝，而且定位是在星海廣場中間，根本不是。房間裏無比潮濕，被子裏能擰出水，如果不是去湯泉洗澡不推薦住，300多塊錢，衹是80塊錢小旅館的標準。

優點：
-離星海廣場非常近，走一點可以看到城堡酒店，和盤山公路/棧道景色一流
-經理服務特別好，提了房間的問題後很快告知我沒有發房間了，送了大盤水果。對顧客的感受/心情照顧的比較好
缺點：
-訂的是標間，給的是按摩房。和描述不符，硬件少了幾件。
-按摩間門上大窗户，得夾條毛巾擋，床不是標準床

酒店挺好的，原本訂的海景大床房北上個顧客續住了，免費給我們升級了海景套房，很滿意。唯一不美麗的就是，孩子衣服在6.21號回酒店之後不知道落在哪裡不見了，目前還沒有找到…可以的話還是希望酒店幫忙查下監控找一找…謝謝
