設施：和網站照片上一摸一樣，公寓樓和前台不是同一棟樓，但是出了前台的樓梯按地上的指示標就可以找到公寓樓了，很方便！唯一美中不足的就是浴室的玻璃隔水門不好使，洗完澡浴室外面的地上全是水。
衞生：公寓式管理，加管家微信，如果需要打掃，直接微信管家就可以，也是我比較喜歡的。
環境：在中山區中心地段，旁邊就是曾經最熱鬧的天津街，但是現在很蕭條了，不過打車、地鐵、公交出行都很方便。
服務：剛到大連第一晚的正餐，還好前台小姐姐給了我一些良心建議，否則就去吃那些又貴又難吃的所謂海鮮大餐了😅

特別喜歡酒店位置，離火車站和東港都很近近，附近公交能直達森林公園和老虎灘。出門就是各種飯店，出門向右拐一百多米就有市場，煙火氣十足。房間裏有冰箱和微波爐，早上熱下打包回來的菜正好用。每天都會詢問是否要打掃衞生並把備品補齊，最後一晚窗户壞了也很及時地更換了房間。性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

酒店設施完備，除一般的常用配備外還配有洗衣機、微波爐、電冰箱，方便實用，標間面積很大，有高台餐桌，居住舒適，性價比高。酒店的樓下就是天津街步行街，酒店到中山廣場地鐵站步行約四五分鐘，交通便利。酒店前台的小姐姐服務熱情周到，會耐心地回答你的問題，有什麼要求在酒店服務微信中提出，很快就會解決。一次很好的住宿體驗，推薦。

環境衞生都還行，服務態度也不錯。就是每天都來問要不要打掃，正常打掃就好了呀，不説就不來打掃嗎，説了還有一次忘來了。浴室不行，花灑角度特別高，不能調高低，洗澡不方便；吹風機插頭接觸不良，一下有風一下沒風的，吹得我都無語了；洗完臉刷完牙準備洗頭，剛剛沖濕抹上洗髮水，沒熱水了，大冷天愣是硬着頭皮洗了個冷水澡，這個熱水我也是服了，不能用超過15分鐘，這是軍訓呢？衣架也是壞的，希望多注意一下細節吧，住了一週，洗頭洗澡我是跑到外面去洗的，就在酒店洗了一次，這方面體驗感真的很不好。

設施：實施比較齊全，也比較新，而且還是品牌的，
衞生：衞生每天早上都打掃，晚上也可以打掃，乾乾淨淨，
環境：環境位置比較好，震中的市中心有地鐵，公交，還有景區，菜場齊全
服務：服務沒得説，掃地阿姨很客氣，前台小姐姐服務也很好，

臨近假期房間比較緊張，這次訂了雙床房，價格沒有貴到離譜，多次入住了，很好的酒店，房間採光好，明亮，格局很家常，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，地處位置很好，出行方便，非常推薦。

房間乾淨整潔，家庭式酒店公寓既視感。安靜安全。房間寬敞，有沙發，茶几，小吧枱和高腳凳，洗衣機和冰箱。工作人員幾乎有求必應。入住體驗非常好，性價比高，十分推薦！

非常好！！！價格很划算服務也很好而且環境真的很好！！家庭式套間我覺得比普通酒店好很多而且很有特色哎！這個價格能訂到這個酒店很不錯的！而且附近有一個24小時書店宣傳説仿哈利波特的很不錯哎！二樓的書隨便看很適合打發時間！離中山廣場很近地鐵很方便，沖！！！
