設施比較老舊，房間相對潮濕味道比較大，床單該換了，都是洞。洗澡不方便，熱水器不好使。服務人員也調不出來。在外邊洗的澡。不過客房阿姨人很好。真心話。老闆挺熱心的。洗手間就不發圖了。

房間很好，位置優越，距金州開發區輕軌站不到一公里，房子南北通透陽光充足，室內設施齊全，寬敞明亮，夜景真漂亮！

公寓在圖1所示世元大廈的11層，公寓沒有前台，電梯到了11層，打掃衞生的阿姨會讓你掃牆上的二維碼加老闆微信，老闆遠程遙控，還要微信付款100按金。房間還算大，窗子也大，衞生不算特別乾淨但對得起100多的價錢。打掃衞生的阿姨態度不錯。但是，讓我吐槽的是老闆居然不告訴我25號要停水。我25號當天早上起得早，7點半前就洗漱完畢了。等我當天下午5點半回到房間，發現沒水，就問老闆，是不是停水了。老闆就説整個開發區都停水了，説是預計24點前來水，一般會早點。我等到24點，發現沒來水，我去電梯拍了圖2那張紙（當天其他住户告訴我的），打了紙上的電話，説幫我催催。到了凌晨0點30分，我打電話給大連的12345，人工客服説她也沒辦法。我衹好用2瓶礦泉水卸了粧，因為怕弄臟枕頭。一直到今天我沒有聽到一句不好意思。不要問，為什麼我不早點去看電梯那破通知。我是一個遊客，每次電梯都擠上擠下的，我又不是長期住户，我根本就沒留意，這個東西。我難以想像，如果我25號早上起晚了，如果洗頭洗一半沒水了，我要怎麼辦。沒有通知，沒有補救措施。哪怕你提早一天通知我，我提早往水壺裡接點水我都不會那麼生氣。太失望了。

每次都入住星級酒店…因為沒訂上房間…就嘗試了下這家店…來過之後才知道…原來真的真的超級棒！不僅房間夠大…環境夠好！最主要的是衞生乾淨整潔！最最最重要的是價格還便宜！妥妥的性價比高高的！老闆人也超級好！嘎嘎爽快！下次來大連還住這！真心不讓人失望！

客觀的評價一下，進房間去了趟廁所，廁所有很多煙頭和煙灰，可以説根本沒打掃過，然後上完廁所臭氣一直散不去，才發現沒通風。床頭也有很多的垃圾，體驗很差勁
