Atour Hotels in Dalian

The location is very nice. There are many restaurants and banks, subway stations, and traditional markets. Hotel staffs are kind but they can't speak English or other languages. The room is clean and the toilet, and bathroom are also clean. Especially breakfast is competitive, quality is good for the price(45RMB).

It's at most three diamonds. I don't know why it's a four-diamond hotel with a score of 4.8. Let me summarize it: 1. Hygiene: Figures 1.2.3, unexpected! 2. Service: The short-haired girl at the front desk asked a few more questions when checking in, and ignored you directly without any explanation. She just did what she was supposed to do. I gave these three points to Yating at the front desk, otherwise I wouldn't give any points! I changed hotels and called a car to pick up my luggage. I also thank Yating for helping me put my luggage in the car. 3. The most unbearable thing is that I asked for a quieter room. Okay, I was assigned a street-facing room. In the middle of the night, there was a sound similar to the sound of water + cars. In the early morning, the garbage truck downstairs was transporting garbage. Look at Figure 4, it should be a garbage recycling point 4. The facilities and environment are comparable to Atour! 5. The entrance and the left side of the building are Xinghai Golf Hotel. The hotel is very satisfied overall, full praise! Location: Very close to the subway station, just across the intersection Hygienic: very clean Service: Super satisfied, intimate, order takeaway will be delivered by robots, things are not convenient to bring, but also help to collect express delivery, check out things fall, the front desk contacted to help send back~ Facilities: There is a gym, laundry room and restaurant. It is very convenient to dry after washing clothes. The mineral water in the room is casually drunk~ The elevator door is also placed, which is too convenient. Overall, except for the slightly smaller room area, everything else is very good!

The hotel is very comfortable, convenient and well-equipped. The butler service of Miss Guanggen is very considerate. She provides water, fruit, ear plugs and steam eye mask. Her attitude is kind and generous. The considerate service makes my mother and I feel sincere and warm. We will continue to choose here next time.

Stayed here 09 nights in total, after multiple extensions. Room 207. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian. 2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening. 3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging. 4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available) 5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well. 6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no odor, and the bedding is all new. Environment: The pillows and mattresses of Atour are signature, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The indoor temperature is high in winter, and you even need to turn on the cold air. The shower facilities are amazing! The shower area is large and the water pressure is sufficient, which can wash away all the fatigue. Service: The service staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, polite, and they also reply to the handwritten suggestions carefully, with warm service.

The hotel has a clean environment, reasonable room layout, complete facilities, good sanitary conditions, and the waiters are enthusiastic and willing to provide all kinds of help, making guests feel at home.

High-quality service comes from hard work. During the few days of stay, I really felt the hard work of all the service staff. The check-in experience is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy. After a busy day at work, I can really feel good when I return to the hotel Rest and relax. There is a laundry room attached on the first floor. If you are busy, you can ask the front desk to take care of you and help you dry clothes. It is unreasonable not to give five-star praise. The location of the hotel is close to Dalian North Railway Station, and the transportation is quite convenient. Shopping and eating may be a bit far away, but with the takeaway platform in hand, there is everything you want to eat, and there are robots to help deliver meals. I recommend you to give priority to it.

We booked the hotel as we were catching an early flight the next day. Good service, lovely room and great breakfast. Only fault is, we should of booked for longer! Forget Hilton or other 5 stsr hotels, Atour is the way forward.
