They gave me a full refund because the property was not as described.
It seems that at one point it was a nice place. But it’s very run down now.
My advice is don’t stay until they post new photos showing it’s good again.

Quite comfortable and across the street from the Old Town. My room was clean and spacious and you can do laundry there if you stay for some time. A good place to sleep though I didn’t spend much time in any common areas.

The owner was friendly, but not very helpful. The room wasn’t ready for check in at 14:00, had to leave and come back later.

We arrived at 2pm and the room wasn't ready. We didn't get it until 4pm, but then we were already visiting the city. We paid for a room that was available after 12pm. We never got to check in.

You can park in front of the door. The boss is young, handsome and enthusiastic. Just across the road is the ancient city of Dali. There is a sunroom on the third floor where you can hang clothes. What I am dissatisfied with is that the mosquito repellent liquid does not work. After using two, mosquitoes are still buzzing in my ears. The sound insulation is not good. I can hear dogs barking and other tourists talking coming and going.
