1.前台服務態度非常差，此次雲南行總體感受都非常好，但遇到這家酒店真的留下陰影！
2.酒店大堂離住宿房間非常遠，有幾公里，需要爬山，這家酒店應該是商品房賣不出去，讓大家住的是山頭上的賣不出的小商品房，設施陳舊，一早上10點多退房，電話讓我們去大堂交房卡，但不提供接駁車，説接駁車已經下班。
3.房間設計不合理 ，廁所非常小，廁所門內開會撞到洗漱台撞到人。房間不提供拖鞋，洗澡必須光腳。
4.訂的1.8米雙床套房，頁面上顯示可供4人住，房間衹提供3個枕頭，電話諮詢，回覆説最近客人多沒有枕頭了。導致有一人沒有枕頭睡覺住了兩天。

房子風景不錯 服務人員比較熱情 就是我訂的和實際入住的設施有差別 我訂的顯示是2張1.8米的床但是一張明顯沒有。顯示有洗衣機的但是是全新未拆封的，顯示有電吹風這種基礎的東西也沒有。你沒有的話就不要標進去嘛。這不是妥妥的騙人嘛？早飯真的要加強了。菜品比較少 雞蛋也是限一人一個…衞生要跟進 走在地上鞋子都是粘粘的

位置很好，在山上，面對蒼山，洱海就在腳下，看日落無敵。不過不在古城，樓下停車方便。如果是自駕的，非常合適。
房間設施很新，是酒店公寓，吃早餐的地方會有點距離。可以叫電瓶車接。
整體比較安靜。
需要改善的地方:1.離店那天早上八點阿姨就來敲門，問幾點退房，這個時候大部分人都還在休息呢，會覺得被打擾了和催退房。如果需要問，也不應該是敲門的方式來問。
2.早餐説是供應到9:30。第二天吃早餐的時候，我們8:40多就到了，阿姨説雞蛋已經沒有了，很多菜品也沒有了。我説我們有好幾個人又有孩子，雞蛋是剛需，麻煩煮幾個。她就很不耐煩説我們來太晚了，這個理由太牽強了，所以我就跟他她説你9:30結束，我8:40多就到了，這叫晚嗎？而且雞蛋一般都是廚房必備的。哪怕你給一人一個雞蛋也要給我們煮一下，其他的早餐很多也很多沒了，煮個雞蛋也就不用十分鐘吧。然後她很不高興的説，我不確定十分鐘能不能煮出來哦，然後就對着廚房説煮雞蛋，十分鐘之後都不要拿出來（當地話）。最後這句話是我隊友聽到的。酒店的餐廳服務員素質比較欠缺。這種服務態度一直持續下去的話，肯定會有投訴。希望酒店能重視。

視野好的半山海景酒店，比起日出，更喜歡日落，日落很美，下次還是會選擇這家酒店，酒店內設電梯，不需要爬樓梯提行李真的很省心!酒店附近點外賣都挺方便的，距離機場很近，適合休閑度假，放空身心感受大理的蒼洱風光，享受海風拂過面龐帶來的愜意與舒心!
